There is nothing I can say good about this place. There was dirty hand prints on the walls in our apartment area. The mattresses had urine stains all over them and also something we couldn’t tell if it was blood, mold or what it was. I would not recommend staying here

Spacious but old. There are no mattress protectors for the mattresses, the mattress cover is completely pilled and feels scratchy like an old wool sweater, uncomfortable. Other than that everything else is ok. There have a combined washer and dryer, kitchen full of essentials.

The apartment offered everything we needed. We had an issue understanding how to manage de hot water system but I think it was a user issue.

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. Firstly, the apartment was not clean and had a strong cigarette smoke smell every time we entered. The kitchen floor was extremely greasy and slippery, creating a safety concern as we almost slipped several times. Additionally, there were signs of mold in the apartment, and the overall condition of the property was poor. The shower ceiling was damaged, with peeling paint and visible wear. The most unacceptable part of our stay was the lack of hot water during the last two nights. We were four guests, and none of us had access to hot water. Although instructions were provided to restore hot water, we followed them carefully without any success. Furthermore, we ran out of toilet paper and attempted to contact the host yesterday to request more supplies, but unfortunately received no response. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Washer/dryer was very welcome as it was the middle of our three week tour. Basic accommodation in good location for what we wanted to do.

The place was spacious, and pretty clean. Self checkin was easy. We did not have working wifi and we sadly never got a reply from the host. There was also a window that could not close. The kitchen is very simple in its supplies, but works for the basics. There was a washing machine which was very nice to have. Overall a good-ish experience, despite the wifi not working, the broken window mechanism and the host not answering.

The manager Keane was brilliant. He didn’t hesitate to help in any way possible.

Nice staff, big apartment

The apartment was exactly as described and check-in and check-out was smooth. The area is walkable and there are several shops around. The only detail is that they don't leave soap for the washing machine or dish washer, or any coffee, all of which are standard in this type of accommodation.

Plenty of parking

The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back for future stays.

The location was not super convenient with regards to walking distance to any local shops or restaurants, however, there were a few places that could accommodate a family of five. The apartment, while adequately clean, lacked extra blankets and did not have an option for extra towels, which would have been handy with kids. The hot water was difficult to maintain with five people. The combo wash/dryer was convenient, however inefficient in getting clothing or towel towels, clean in a reasonable time. The property staff who let us in was fantastic, meeting us after six and preheating the unit for us, which was nice because it was a very cold night.

Enjoyed stay there a lot

Good location in a city center, but the accomodations didn’t seem ready for public use.
