Very good location and close to the botanical gardens

Quick one night away, but the staff were absolutely incredible. Very helpful with everything we needed. Loved our stay and will definitely go back again soon.

Wow, wow, wow. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and guest houses over the world and can say that the staff are among the best in the world. You might usually get one or two good staff members at a hotel, but I can really say that ALL the staff were exceptional. Their biggest asset is their staff. Keep up the good work!

My experience here was fantastic i couldn't have asked for better service. These guys were accommodating and they were there if i ever needed anything at all.

We had a truly amazing experience! Communication with the hotel ahead of time was fantastic. They organized transportation for us from the airport, massages upon arrival and an early checkin after our long flight. The food was amazing and the staff were so kind and friendly. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms and property are just gorgeous. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back the first chance we get! Thank you!!

Generally clean. The curtains and walls seemed a little grubby. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very willing and helpful.

Air conditioner in the room was noisy.

Good friendly staff. Very, very expensive 2* Hotel. Open plumbing pipes in bathroom. Aircon did not work on cold. Manager Johan told me, there are a Buffet dinner every day for R195 - No Buffet - receive only 2 chicken breasts, small portion of carrots and beans.

Great accommodation & Service!!

Stay was good. Condition of room was good but not bathroom - mould in shower, on mirror and ceiling. Bathroom drawers broken too. Towel rack heating not working. Does 4 star rating not include these criteria? Also was no hot water - used another room to shower. Was fixed the same day though. Breakfast selection limited.

What a gem of hositaity and good food. The breakfast is absolutely stunning and the team is great. Premisis is well secured and the staff take good care. The rooms are nice and romantic. It´s just a wonderful place.

Sehr schön und absolut ruhig gelegen. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage. Schöne und grosszügige Zimmer. Wir hatten ein fantastischen Abendessen mit Freunden und wurden sehr gut bedient. Auch das Frühstück war von sehr hoher Qualität… alles in allem eine gute Wahl. Noch spürte man die Corona-Krise, denn durch den Gästeeinbruch und der Energiekrise fehlt es an der einen oder anderen Investition..

It´s a wonderful hidden gem, far away from the hetic of the city and yet still close. Excellent value for money. Also for tourism excellent as there are wonderful places around! Hospitality is amazing!!!
