Close to everything. Cute and clean

We had a great stay overall at the Flores Guest House. The location is very convenient for exploring the core of the city centre with many good restaurant options within 10 minutes walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful with any requests. The office was open most of the day so that you can speak with someone when needed.

Beautiful place overlooking a vibrant park.

Getting into the property feels a bit sketchy and dirty, it’s also up the top of multiple flights of stairs. Once inside the apartment it is nicer but basic. Nothing fancy but does the job and in a good location. You have to request services if you want them ie. new towels/cleaning etc It’s a spacious room but wouldn’t want to pay too much to stay here. Good budget friendly place.

Everything was amazing, great communication, everything clean and close by. Id go back if i come to lisbon again!

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room has a kettle and coffee maker. I like the cleanliness and the total value of the package

Beautiful property with rooftop balcony and common area with a fridge. Near town square that provided many choices for good restaurants and shopping. Staff were lovely and provided an excellent breakfast basket. Highly recommend.

Great location, comfy room, awesome super helpful staff. Stairwell very noisy when others come back through the night, but unavoidable.

The stairs were very steep getting to the room. Staff did help with luggage. Parking was not close by. The room looked out on a lovely park where on Friday and Sat. nights the crowds would gather. It was a joyous noise of happy people, not a rowdy crowd. It was a hike up steep streets to get to public transportation. The price was good.

The apartment is just beautiful and so roomy and clean! Its so close to a beautiful city center that is vibrant and charming and full of dining choices and fun night life! The staff is great and so nice and helpful!

Very friendly people, clean good location

Clean and friendly. Only input would be a wish for a little more bathroom storage I.e. a small shelf/basket for toiletries

Place is great; I had room 302 it’s in another building; no elevator but completely awesome; clean, cozy, nice bed and bathroom, balcony, close enough to everything if your feet work. Front desk people are fantastic and give great dining advice; 2 for 2 on recos

It was nice and clean! Got a little noisy at night but not too bad. It was also in a good area and we liked being near the park.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, but the facilities are poor, the room smelt damp and was the furniture was very wore out, skirting boards coming away from the wall and the bed frame was peeling. The shower was extremity cramped I’m 5’8 (175cm) and I was hitting my head, my poor partner who is 185 cm had to hunch to use it. We were on the top floor and had an aircon unit o top of the roof which made a loud humming all night, resulting in a poor sleep. I wouldn't recommend to a friend

Clean room although some mold on the wood flooring as it is really old. But otherwise great place to stay!
