Great staff and service! Possibly the best hotel in the area!

Amazing staff and property. Breakfast buffet was delicious and I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Clean, comfy and recommended to all. Didn’t get to use all the facilities due to timing commitments, but will most certainly stay again

All in all the hotel was very good. Yes it's a short drive to the mall or train station but if you want to go outside for a cup of coffee or to dine there aren't any options.

the spa was excellent, we had a good time using the facilities. bathroom sink was clogged, and there's a broken tile in the shower which was dangerously sharp.

Everyone is really friendly and welcoming to travelers. This is a super cool city where most people get around using bikes. It's got tons of great food and entertainment options and is extremely safe for those coming from outside Serbia. Highly recommend! Also, if you are booking with expedia, make sure you have the hotel contact expedia to confirm payment. We were charged initially because that info never made it to the hotel. Other than that both expedia and Sheraton NS made this an easy place to visit and stay. Oh and the spa was AMAZING!!!!

I was in the hotel to recover from hip replacement therapy, so I was temporarily using a walker. The staff was amazing! Each and every one I met went out of their way to help me or to offer help, from the waitress at the breakfast buffet to housekeeping to the front desk. They helped me to change money in order to pay my hospital bill, escorted me to a local bank and back again, and ensured that everything went right despite a multitude of opportunities for it to go wrong. I most highly recommend the Sheraton Novi Sad.

Excellent hotel, great beds, excellent service

It was great. Breakfast was good. Should have better coffee options. I was in suite and giant bathtub with no bubbles to put in which ducks. Had to fix my self the drain to kerp the water in a tub. Other then that it was great place.

I wrote requesting access to wifi, since booking done by my wife my member number not on booking. Despite emailing staff refused to provide wifi

All good, but room service food very bad, ordered ham and cheese toast 2 time, both was ice cold. Even tho the bread was pre toasted.

INTERNET SERVICE WAS NOT FREE. INTERNET USE IS NOW FREE IN ALMOST ALL THE HOTELS AROUND WORLD.
