- The interaction with the receptionist was not the best. We were first asked to ensure all of our luggages are carried to the room which was on the second floor, we tried to negotiate however was not flexible. Then when the other receptionist saw us struggling to carry our luggages up with the stairs, they mentioned that it can be kept on the ground floor. Inconstant service offered which caused confusion.
- Moreover the heater was not working properly; we turned off the heater when we first got to the hotel and when we tried to turn the heater back on, it did not work. The following morning, we went to the reception to ask how to fix the problem, the receptionist mentioned that only the cleaners know how to fix this. We asked if there are any external heater that they offered but they said there were none and that we just have to be patient.
- Shower’s water pressure was poor and very cold water was dripping from the tank.
