Everything was good. Would stay here again

Travelled with Family over the long weekend and the staff were quick to help with any needs we had.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean! Overall it’s 10/10 for me. I’ll definitely be booking again here

There was a major storm the second night we stayed and water came in through the window. Staff immediately moved us to a different room and have kept us updated on the inspection they appreciated the video we took of the water coming in.

Staff were polite and professional. Rooms were nice, although the furniture was a little run down which explains the lower price of a night there. Can’t complain, beds were comfortable and I didn’t notice any infestation problems. Underground parking was super convenient with the severe weather conditions that’s been occurring recently Would book here again.

Hot tub and pool room needs proper ventilation. Chemical smells burns your eyes within minutes. Elevator wasn't working. It's a hotel for sports teams so if you want peace and quite go somewhere else

The room was rushed to be cleaned, check-in was at 3, were there at 3:50 and was not ready yet. We waited more than 20 mins, and when we got to the room, there was gummy Candy on the wall and strawberry tops in the garbage. The elevator was always out of service.

Convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Underground parking was appreciated.

The place was very hard to locate. It took me 10 minutes to find it

Room was clean, hotel was very comfortable, staff was very helpful.

With tons of choices in Edmonton for lodging this is one of the good ones, well located, clean, modern, helpful staff and free underground parking
