I paid for reservation in full and also paid bill for dining in at the check out, but after I left Italy, the Hotel charged my credit card 360€. When I realised what happened and contacted the hotel, I was refunded most of the money minus bank transaction fees. It’s a bizarre! I’m short 25€ because someone at the hotel decided to charge me twice for the same thing. Replies from the hotel to my emails coming quickly, almost instantly, but it’s been few weeks now and it seems like I’m not getting to be refunded full amount that was wrongfully charged. It’s a bitter end of good stay there.
