The room was okay, but the towels were sometimes old and worn out. One very inconvenient thing was that you had to keep asking for water; they would give it to you in a glass bottle that we knew wasn't cleaned well because it had a very small screw-on cap, and sometimes they gave it to you feeling all greasy. In the final days, we just bought our own bottled water instead. For the first two days, the breakfast (which was included in the stay) was fine, but from then on, the quality of the service and food deteriorated terribly, to the point that we started buying our own food for breakfast. You had to keep asking for everything, and the service was very slow. One of the waiters—the tallest one—was very unpleasant and not at all friendly. The other waiter, the thinner one, was nicer. I would never recommend this hotel.

Excellent service

Excelentes instalaciones, personal muy amable y el desayuno muy rico.

The room condition was fine but lighting was so dim, I could not read. As well, the rooms do not have windows to the outside, so never any natural light in the room. Location is excellent.

I love this place, everyone was very friendly, and the hotel is beautiful the details were amazing and the rooms are nice and quiet staff are very friendly, I will definitely come back, very close to the Cathedral and all the museums excellent place.

This place is two blocks away from the square. It was amazing and the free breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place

Todo estuvo perfecto excepto que en Expedía anuncian que todos los cuartos cuentan con aire acondicionado, yo renté 2 cuartos por 3 noches y solamente la suite cuenta con AC lo bueno que no es verano y la temperatura de la ciudad es un poco fría…… la atención de todo el personal es excelente el desayuno incluido muy bueno y si gustan pedir ala carta los precios son muy razonables bueno en lo personal para mí son bajos

The building gorgeous and epic. The inner courts are beautifully designed and are cool in middle of day. The breakfast is simple but well made with care. The staffeare also very professional and helpful. I totally suggest this as the base to walk and explore the center

Delightful place to call home for a few nights. Beautiful building with lots of indoor plants. Nice breakfast provided each morning. Borrowed bikes from the front desk for one day, that was fun! Easy to walk to anything central from this location.

Very nice staff, clean rooms.

Staff here is nice, but the hotel itself is really not a 4* hotel. We were in January and the room temperature was really cold when we arrived. Asked for a heater-they have none. Also, there is a fan in the room, so hotel could have just bought a fan who not just cools but also warms the weather or install an a/c. Also there was no hot water an evening we arrived. The staff on the frontdesk and the restaurant barely speaks english so it is really hard to communicate. Breakfast are very limited as for 4*. Parking costs extra.

It was a beautiful hotel, staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. Close to the downtown, yet semi-quiet street.

Location, service and confort!!!

We were happy to stay at this hotel. 2 blocks from the Zocalo, cathedral, etc. The service is excellent. We will stay at this hotel again.
