We were only in the room briefly overnight. We would have loved to have been able to spend more time. The one downside of the property is that there is no parking. Upon arrival, we found a spot right in front. Since it was Sunday, it didn't appear we had to pay. Later, we went out and we probably drive for 30-45 minutes looking for a spot, eventually finding one nearly 15 minutes away.

This property was very clean, well appointed and conveniently located for exploring the old town. Unfortunately the air conditioning cut out in the night and didn’t work at all the second night (our last night). I will say that the owner was very responsive overall and very helpful about other aspects of our stay. We didn’t bother contacting them about the air conditioning the last night because our friends had another room in the same building and were also experiencing problems with it. I would stay here again, as everything else was great, but sleeping on our last night was terrible due to the extreme heat in the room.

Our room was super clean, modern bathroom, housekeeping daily. It was close to the amphitheater and other Roman ruins, close to the beautiful boardwalk of Split, lots of restaurants and bars. Parking was not easy but we managed. Nice spot during high tourism season.

The hotel room itself was clean and spacious however the walls were so thin we could hear people coming in and out so much that it sounded like people were trying to get into our room. We could even hear someone snoring in another room! Would not recommend if you want to get any sleep!

We landed in Split at 11pm. Having never been to Croatia before we were concerned about getting a ride and getting into the room so late. Ivana was fantastic about organizing a ride. The driver had my name on a card at baggage claim and got us to VIP Rooms. She provided us with a code for the front door and a code to our room. It all went flawlessly. The room itself was very clean and well appointed. After 24 hours of travel I was very appreciative of the simplicity and we had the best night of sleep I've had in months.

VIP Rooms is an excellent choice for access to Old Town Split. It is in a very safe area and easily walkable to everything. There is a great coffee shop across the street. Communication on check in and parking could have been better but all worked out well. Listing could be clearer on how rooms are accessed to be better prepared. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The hot water never stayed hot. The entrance wasn’t the most welcoming. Then we saw a notice saying the apartment upstairs could see us through the air conditioning vents. They were also doing building work on the building from before 8am every morning.

What a lovely room. Very spacious. Beautifully decorated. Situated a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Good security, but at the same time easy access to the building, VIP Rooms, & our individual room with access codes. Room was very clean. I am so pleased we chose VIP Rooms & would definitely stay here again if we are in Split.

This is a wonderful place...especially, in our case because we were in a room that faced the backyard, off the street. It was so nice and quiet. The bed was wonderful, the shower exceptional. I would definitely book this place again.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town and harbour. Parking was a challenge and patience required.

Room was super clean and spacious. Host send me the gate code , so it was simple to get in . Host responded to my request so kindly and fast. Location was excellent.

Clean and beautiful room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern and coffee and tea was provided. It’s just a block or two from the bustling tourist area which makes it a quiet but still convenient location. The owner even told us where we could find free parking. We would stay here again.

The room and service were absolutely excellent. Entry was easy, not having to meet anyone, just well-guided as to how to get in. The area is very safe anyway however there is a small corridor with a secure main entrance door inside the building adding an extra level of security. Everything is beautifully modern and spotless and the owners will service the room as required.

A beautifully furnished room very close to the city centre, a 5 minute walk away. Very good for short stays near the town centre. The owner is not on the premises but always available at the end of a phone. The outside of the building is basic but the rooms are very modern, clean and have all facilities. Also ver y quiet.

Ivana was a great host and the stay was perfect. The room was clean and beautiful. Loved the balcony.

Booked this room to be near the airport and in Split for our last night and must say what a fantastic experience from being met by the very friendly Mario (saved a parking space for us) to entering the most amazing modern suite with every amenity you will need. I can not fault the place and just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Split. You won't be disappointed if you stay here and we would definitely stay here again and maybe for longer. Thanks again.
