Very clean, simple room. Even though it was small it was very comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no space to stop and check in. I had to park very far away and walk there. Overall excellent value for the price and a great location!

Staff really nice et good breakfast

This hotel ticked all the boxes - it was affordable, in a convenient location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, and the restaurant grounds are spacious with a garden area that is quite charming. Rooms are a bit on the small side but that was expected and typical of smaller European hotels in general so no issues. Bonus points - they accommodated two motorcycles parked in a courtyard on the hotel property at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. Hotel staff were all friendly and courteous, even when I pulled the "dumb foreigner" and asked for a power converter (.CH is not the same as some of the adjacent countries like France, FYSA). They were apologetic and tried to find one even though it was clearly my lack of prior planning and homework that was to blame. It's an easy walk into town and the lake front boardwalk, and the sunset behind the hills on a clear night was beautiful. So many treasures in the Alps, this hotel and Ascona are some of them.

The staff was really nice, very flexible and generous. Room is spacious and newly renovated.

Would go back anytime. Very surprising, we didn't expect it to be so nice, friendly, comfortable. Good breakfast and fantastic menu! You won't eat anywhere else after experience this food.

Great stay in this cozy place. Nice rooms, very clean and very nice breakfast. Good value for money and right in front of the bus station.

Sehr saubere und gut organisiertes kleines Hotel über der Osteria. Zimmer mit guten Betten, kleinem Balkon und modernem Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Piazza nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend.

Zimmer veraltet aber zweckmässig. zT schmutzige Handtücher obwohl „frisch“. Duschmittelspender defekt oder nicht aufgefüllt. Sehr stark befahrene Strasse daher etwas laut (aber da kann das Hotel ka nichts dafür). Sehr gutes Essen.

Zentral gelegen, sehr nettes Personal

Freundliches Personal Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet Zimmer mit Balkon und sauber.

Es ist eine preiswerte Unterkunft für jüngere Leute, sie liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Strasse - mit Läden bzw. Bus-Haltestelle, in der Nähe des Sees.

Habe schon ein paarmal in diesem Hotel übernachtet! Gute Zimmer. Diesmal hatte ich etwas Pech, der Heizkörper war nicht entlüftet und hat in der Nacht Geräusche gemacht. Am zweiten Tag wurde dies schnell behoben! Das Zimmer war etwas zu kühl! Sonst war ich wieder sehr zufrieden, leckeres Frühstück und im eigenen Restaurant isst man sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett.
