The management and staff were super helpful and polite. They took care of anything I asked them promptly and went above and beyond.

The breakfast could have been better. A lot was low in stock at 8:15. Weak coffee.

Hotel Front Desk would only give 4 towels when my party at check in was 5. They advertise a pool very small pool (capacity 15) and didnt appear to clean. The breakfast was good, the area was quiet

I have stayed here many times and loved it. This time, the room was freezing cold—61 degrees—when we arrived when it was only in the low 70’s outside. The room stayed that temperature for many hours, even as we tried to turn down the air. We finally turned on the heat, but the room always had a chill.

Would have been a 5 but wasn’t impressed with sink water pressure or breakfast options for price. Overall excellent for a night but 2-3 nights these little things would have added up.

Very good. Room assigned wasn't clean when we arrived, but we went to another room. Couldn't find an ourlet for a cpap machine under the nightstand, but was told there was one in an inconvenient spot.

Rooms are very dirty with stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor looks brown with bits a paper on the floor from previous guest.
