Excelente ubicacion y confort. La terraza le da mucho espacimiento y aumenta el area social. La cocina muy completa, al igual que los bagnos. Flavia es excelente anfitriona desde mucho antes de llegar a Valencia. Ruzafa es una zona muy amena y con excelentes restaurantes. Altamente recomendable!!

Perfectly located in the center of Ruzafa district where you can eat, walk and bike everywhere. The communication with property management was the best we ever had, prior, during and after our stay, making sure all our needs were addressed. Apartment was perfect for us and our 2 teenagers. Great way to stay in any city.

Very comfortable apartment, with every convenience required for a comfortable stay

Fantastic apartment. Flavia the host was amazing, we were met at the apartment and everything explained. Lots of lovely extras soaps, shower gels, towels that you don’t get with other apartments. Lovely gift of chocolate and wine on arrival. Tv in both bedrooms. The best for us was the huge terrace, with table chairs and canopy this was absolutely lovely for sitting out to eat and relax this was a big plus for our children. It has everything you need, neighbours were lovely too. It could be a little noisy in the front bedrooms on busy nights but it is in the middle of Ruzafa. Perfect location for restaurants, cafes and there are bus stops a walk away. The metro was about 10 mins walk as was the Turia. The best apartment we’ve stayed in Valencia. Thank you Flavia we will definitely stay again.
