My family spent a lot of time finding the hotel; it was a single-story building in a rather old one. Although we used Google Maps to find the address, and felt a little uneasy in the elevator, the room was great after checking in and getting our room – it had a window and was airy. Opposite the hotel and nearby is an old area with some seemingly unoccupied buildings, but a short walk leads to the beautiful Kaohsiung Port, perfect for a stroll.
