The staff are so friendly and accommodating of customer needs!

We much enjoyed our short stay here. The staff are its real asset and we would have been more than happy to stay longer. Hopefully we might return sometime in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in particular. One that spike English, but I cant remember his name. Breakfast was also great!

Comfortable room, convenient location

The hotel is pleasant although felt quite isolated. Quiet and with excellent parking.

Excellent hotel with outstanding customer service (many thanks to Silvano, Renzo and Ivan for their help). It is a modern hotel, with free parking, a good breakfast buffet and an ideal location to visit Trieste, Udine, Grado, Aquileia, Cividale dei Friuli, Postojna and Ljubljana (the latest two in Slovenia)

Very good staff and good service, bed is comfortable. Very new hotel. Only problem is when central air conditioner system is working, there is noisy annoying you.

Everyone that works here makes you feel welcome and are very attentive. I will stay here next time I come to Monfalcone and will tell friends and colleagues about this hotel. The hotel is clean, staff treat you amazing and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Thank you to all the staff for such great service.
