The property has a pretty environment and has a nice view of the Matsushima bay area. It offers tasty meals with a good variety of food and beverages. Unfortunately the room that I was assigned, while has a nice view, is right next to the railway tracks with trains frequently passing. No information about the railway tracks were provided in the process of booking online, I believe Expedia should alert customers to state clearly their request for a quiet room away from the railway. The property should also consider installing double glazed windows for the rooms affected. Should I be staying for more than one night, I would request a change of rooms.

Excellent resort beautiful views from ocean view room and the lobby area. We did half board and buffet style breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel is situated on top of a steep hill so walking into the town is not an option but the hotel provides free shuttle service which is very convenient.

Matsushima is a beautiful bay with many small islands. From our room the view was astonishing.

Beautiful hotel, with a complimentary breakfast buffet and a bathhouse. Traditional bedroom was nice, but sleeping on a futon on the floor was hard on an American back! Take the free tour bus into downtown for a fun Matsushima shopping experience!

Not really for non Japanese speaking tourists - no English speaking staff It is a local thing away from the town - stay down town

５階の海側和洋室一泊。食事の良さは特筆できる、正直驚いた。部屋も清潔で高評価。 細かいが気が付いた点は、部屋は広いが玄関やトイレは扉の開け閉めで窮屈になる。スペース設計が残念。エアコンのスイッチが玄関ドア横なので調節が面倒。リモコンがあったのかもしれないが見つからなかった。タオルが固く肌が痛かった。従業員の方はバス運転手の方も含め皆親切で丁寧だが、食事スタッフが丁寧過ぎで笑顔が必要以上に作られたものに感じ少し居心地が悪かった。全体としては大いに満足の滞在でした。

スタッフの方のお出迎え、お声がけ等とても親切丁寧でした。混んでる際のエレベーターはかなり来るまで待つ感じで、狭いので人数が乗れなかった。お風呂は半露天風呂に10人は入らない感じで、時間帯のせいなのか話し込んでる人もいて入れなかった。食事は、夕方も朝も種類が豊富で大満足のバイキングでした。特に夜の生ピアノ演奏、誕生日ソングや、スタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれるサービスなど、心遣いが良かった。

Un grand hôtel face a la baie magnifique de Matsushima. Le personnel est super, la chambre est très propre et les buffets sont magnifiques !

以前利用した友達から朝食に海鮮雑炊のシェフお勧めの刻み昆布かけが美味しいと聞いていましたが、朝のビッフェ楽しみにしてましたが、もう、提供されてなくかったのが残念。

ホテルの全体が良かったです又お料理が美味しく品数豊富でお友達も又泊まりに行きたいと行っていました

客室は、清潔で気持ちよく過ごしました。

客室はオーシャンビューで清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応でした。お風呂は温泉ではないことが残念ですが、広くお湯の温度も自分好みでした。サウナもとても清潔で、人も少ない時間帯でしたのでゆっくり楽しめました。ただ、朝方早い時間の露天風呂で石のタイル部分が凍っていたため 滑って転んでしまった方がいましたので、宮城での今の季節(特に冷える日)は何らかの対応(入浴開始前のチェック等)が必要ではと感じました。 食事も美味しく良かったです。朝食のコーヒーの持帰えりが出来れば尚、良いです。

お食事が凄く良かった美味しい

部屋に入った瞬間目に入ってきた壮大な景色が感動でした。部屋も広く松島の夜景を見ながら過ごした時間、露天風呂から見える夜景とお風呂で癒されました。 それと、到着後対応してくださった女性スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 ほんと、ご飯も美味しいし、たくさんいい事づくしでありがとうございました😊
