We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The hotel was close to the bus and metro, making it super easy to get around Paris. We bought a 5-day metro pass and used it the entire trip. The room was perfect for my husband, our grown daughter, and me — cozy, comfortable, and just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a laundromat right across the street was a huge bonus before heading to our next stop.

Was a great room for the price and had lots of space. We were on the top floor and there is no lift but just something to keep in mind. Everything was clean and in good condition, staff was nice. The only problem was a really firm bed and an uncomfortable pullout couch. Otherwise nice area and good location for coffee shops and dinner restaurants.

Great location. Staff was pleasant and helpful in the end. When we arrived the floors were not just dirty but turned our socks black black. One towel and pillow case were used. They cleaned next afternoon, said they’d refund 2 of the daily 10 euro cleaning fee. But at check out I spent 10 minutes arguing with the staff on one of the day’s cleaning fee. Astounded they would argue over 10 euros and how many hours we had to sit in filth. I wasn’t even asking to be reimbursed for the night rate or our ruined socks. Otherwise good place for the money.

The hotel was great but we wish there was an elevator or an iron or hair blowdryer. My beautiful daughter loved it though. And my son was ok with it.

The location is great. Walking distance to metro and bus stations. It's also close to the shopping area. Receptionists are very friendly and glad to help. The wifi reception is not very good. Couldn't connect to wifi in the first 2 days.

Hotel Montebello was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, with kind and helpful staff. Beware there is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue, request a low floor. Hotel Montebello is in a great area in the heart of Paris, not a touristy area, which we really enjoyed.

We loved the walkable location of this property to most of Paris highlights. Close to wonderful patisseries and shopping. Close to metro. Modern features in our room while retaining the old world charm of the building. Loved having the complete kitchenette.

This property is ideally located in the 7th Arrondisement, and is convenient to so many of the wonderful sights of Paris. 30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Just under 30 minute walk to the Louvre. Less than 20 minutes to the d’Orsay Museum. It’s just around the corner from a great patisserie, grocery stores, restaurants and more. When my son needed a doctor, the front desk worked quickly to get one to come to our room. Though the room is not large, at least by American standards, it was adequate for a family of 4. We were able to prepare basic meals in the small kitchen. And, this was particularly helpful as the hotel does not offer breakfast. The hotel is not fancy though it is perfectly adequate for a family who wants to stay in the center of Paris without breaking their budget.

Worst hotel from our trip no elevators unfriendly staff

I love the room and the location. It was really close to most things to see. It has a laundry in front and a really close supermarket a plus. I I’m in love with it.

We had a lovely 4 night stay. Location is excellent. Metro and large supermarket both round the corner. Easy access to all the main attractions. Highly recommended.

Great space Good for longer stays as you can prepare your own meals No elevator so bringing up luggage is difficult

The hotel is in a lovely quiet upscale neighbourhood. Just a few minutes walk from subway and groceries and restaurants. Less touristy parks and museums on the opposite side of the Siene. A true hidden gem.

Check in was fast and easy, hotel was easy to find, room was clean. Staff was friendly, they were also accommodating. My only disappointment was walking up so so so many stairs to reach the room with my luggage and at the end of a long day the last thing I want to do is climb 100 steps. Everything else was perfect.

The property had everything needed for someone who likes to save a little extra cash and cook their own food while on vacation.

Room is super clean and the street is extremely quite at night. So you can actually get some rest after walking around all day. Loved that we have a closet, refrigerator, stove and heated towel racks. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here on our next trip to Paris
