Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience. The property was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, had a conveniently located pet waste station with some green area for our pet, rooms were comfortable and quiet, and daily breakfast was a hit. This was a great family friendly hotel if you're looking for quiet and simple stays. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

Really easy, seamless stay!

Wonderful and friendly staff. The hotel is just old and needs updating. The elevators are painfully slow and there is a lot of construction happening around the hotel. However, it is clean and close to the highway.

The hotel and room were okay. Convenient to all the locations we were visiting. The breakfast meal was tremendous. The only real negative was the Internet connectivity they offered. It was REALLY lame having to "sign up" for Hilton Honors just to have access to their very slow bandwidth. Then you had to authenticate your name and room number every time you logged in. This is 2025 now, not 1995. Internet connectivity should be fast and seemless. Hilton certainly has the clout and name power to be able to offer a better Internet option to its visitors. Hopefully they improve this functionality.

Everything was great. There was a long wait because the elevators were very slow.

Bed was very uncomfortable but that’s the only issue I had with my stay

This is a great property to stay. A couple malls are close by as well as restaurants. Very clean and modern.

It was just adequate. There were stains everywhere on the walls; the yellow stain behind the toilet was especially disturbing. There was also yellow stains where the tissue box was like the counter had never been wiped. Luckily no stains on the towels or bed sheets. It also got loud late at night with people yelling and playing loud music.

Breakfast was great, they reimbursed my security deposit super fast (I paid debit), staff was very nice, and room was clean. No parking fees, close to major attractions. I enjoyed the ability to check in after 10pm. It was 10/10 for the our family and budget friendly. The only negative thing was that our bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the ac wasn’t that good. Other than that it exceeded my expectations. Would deff return.

I wish they would finish the construction around the property.

I have stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Paramus on From Road many times. I like the convenient location to the major highways and to my job sites and it is always consistent in comfort, quietness and cleanliness.

My family and I loved the stay!

Likes: The location, size of the room and staff were very good. Breakfast buffet was good but pretty standard for a hotel breakfast. Dislikes: The Ice Maker in the hall and the AC unit in the room were noisy and kept waking me up. Also a lot of children running around the halls until after midnight.

It was great!

We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Only weird thing was for a room for 4 people, not a lot of shelving/drawers for each persons clothes. But it was easy enough to make work and not a deal breaker. The breakfast had similar things each day, but was different enough for a bit of variety, and kept stocked. Pool was open til 10 pm and kept the kids very happy and entertained. The lobby coffee area is always a hit. My kids wanted cocoa after the pool one night and they were kind enough to go find packets for us since the container was empty.
