Great hotel in excellent location

Wonderful stay and location! Super friendly staff.

The small staff that runs this property made us feel like family for Christmas and we're always happy and attentive. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. Merci beaucoup!

Very kind and helpful management & staff - excellent shopping at Gallery Lafayette - incl the best croissants ever at The Wine Gate (2nd fl of GL) just two blocks easy walk away via Blvd Haussman and tons of restaurants everywhere and on Blvd Montmartre and Grand Blvd around the corner - as the manager of Dream Hotel Opera said re. small stairways, parking etc.:"every space in Paris is small, but our hearts are big!"

I like the location of hotel and how the room is clean and the staff si kind and polite, i didnt like thats the elevator so small cant fit more than 1 adult and 1 kids abd if we are family so we need to use it many times and little bit slow , the size if room not bad but some how annoying if you have big luggage so the move in room will be not easy , and i believe the price of hotel smeller to hotel in same erea and the room will be bigger

The front desk person was very nice and friendly. The room does not have a refrigerator but the the room was better than the hotels in this area. Modern and clean.

clean and easy

We had booked 3 adjoining rooms for a girls' trip. The rooms we clean and a good size. The bathrooms were a little bit larger than we're used to when traveling in Europe. The beds were a medium-firm and very comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming. The only downside to the hotel is that the elevator will not fit more than one person at a time, and you will not be able to fit in the elevator with a suitcase. Having a steep & narrow spiral staircase as a 4th floor walk-up can be a bit brutal after walking the city all day.

We overall had a great stay at Dream Hotel Opera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Though, the hotel was small, it was still very welcoming. The breakfast was good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris.

Great location for shopping, restaurants and site seeing! Very clean rooms and staff was great! Always available to help. Great breakfast options as well to start off each day. Only negative was a small elevator, but did not impact our trip whatsoever! Would stay there again.

I liked the location, how clean it was and the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is incredibly small and slow, which wasn't a big issue since we were on the second floor but would have been problematic had we been any higher. We did not receive clear instructions upon arrival so I couldn't find how to make the lights work until I went downstairs and asked the front desk person; did not receive any information about the spa services and upon looking online I saw they have a sauna room and that's about it, so I find the hotel's name deceiving unless they actually do offer spa services that they never told me about. Also, the parking is not in the same building; not even on the same street. You have to walk several blocks, not too far but still a problem if it's raining. I wouldn't mention it had it been for free, but we had to pay for it. The property offers a good hot breakfast, great coffee. I would suggest varying the menu at least twice a week, but we still enjoyed it. Rooms have good insulation so you hear no noise. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were well-equipped, and I would say spacious for European standards. We enjoyed our stay at this property and in spite of the minor issues mentioned above, we highly recommend it.

The staff were top notch and extremely helpful. The rooms were super clean and large by European standards. There were a variety of options for breakfast which made starting the day easier. The hotel is located near a lot of shops, restaurants And the metro was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a nice stay. The only thing that was not explained was the elevator. It’s big enough for luggage but not people. The staff and location of the hotel were excellent.

Very nice staff! They made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Paris. The room was clean and had beautifully scented toiletries…I will be placing an online order! The location was perfect since I could walk just about everywhere. If I was too tired to walk, then there are 2 metro stations within 2-3 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. The hotel served breakfast every morning with a wide variety of delicious options. If I visit Paris again, I would surely stay here again. Merci beaucoup 😉

Staff was very nice and the daily breakfast is good, but the lift is beyond small and doesn’t fit any normal sized person, the showers did not have the essential oils displayed online and the phone to call lobby doesn’t work.

It was ok. Surprised by the very small elevator. No conditioner and room was just tiny. Not impressed being 4 stars.

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location. We chose this hotel as a last minute alternative to one that wasn’t as described. This was a great find really central some of the main sites 20min walk to the Seine and the Moulin Rouge and 10 min from the shopping area with a metro stop to the Eiffel Tower a 1min walk away.
