Friendly staff and very helpful dince the arrive giving suggestions to visit and eat from the valet parking staff, when you check in fast and friendly, we stay 6 nights all was great and very close to shopping centers and restaurants

Staff and room were very good

Pillows were dirty and had stains. I had to ask twice for them to be changed. They didn’t seem to care too much.

The view from our room was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would defintely book again.

It was one of the best experiences I had. The staff absolutely amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything in the room was excellent, towels, shower, hot water, the bed absolutely comfortable, the location, the view. Taxi Transportation always available. I just like to said Thank you to all and everyone at the hotel.

José Maria, Rocio and Addy at the front desk are phenomenal. Kudos to them and the entire AC team. Even with an earthquake on our final day the experience was excellent and we will tell friends and more importantly we will be back in June-July of 2026

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y servicio

Staff was extremely rude. We received inconsistent information about what was allowed to do around the outdoor pool area and the schedule. Security guard threatened our party to lock us out of the building and became belligerent raising his voice to the ladies in our party. And no, we were not drunk or were disrespectful or noisy. He became angry when we informed him that the server and another staff member toñd us it was ok for us to stay in the pool area.

Everything was excellent: friendly, efficient staff; the room was impeccable; and the bed was outstandingly comfortable. I will always recommend this hotel.

My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service

Very nice hotel, well located near restaurants and stores. The rooms are very modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Both pools are very nice and the terrace has beautiful views.
