I modified my booking before ever checking in, yet they would not honor the modification, even though it was done before getting to the hotel. I ended up paying for 3-4 nights that I never used, I wasn't even there. I checked out after first night and never went back. Expedia was no help either, as they couldn't find a Spanish speaking representative Also very far from anything good. Very poor and dangerous neighborhood. Hotel is a rent by the hour place for prostitution Very poor experience Only good thing I can say is that they have a garage, and there is a microwave in the lobby

I enjoyed the spacious, functional room. The location is good if you want to catch an early flight. The road from the metro station to the hotel looks dirty.

One of the worst motels. They do not give the room keys to you. This was the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced. One evening, I asked them to open the door to MY room (which I paid for). I waited for some 10-20 minutes outside my room for somebody to show up. Nobody did. I had to go back to the office to ask again. One guy then finally started moving in the corner, who had been just chatting, and acted like he was doing me a BIG favor. The next evening, this guy was doing it again. OMG. This guy with some twisted attitude looks for other things to do while he sees me waiting, standing there doing nothing else, just waiting. This guy either didn't know how to do a simple task of helping a guest, or he probably had this twisted attitude of "I'm too important to help the guests too quickly". I couldn't care less, but the point is, the guests do not have to deal with this kind of non-sense, in the first place. Again, I had to go back to the office and "begged" to get my room key. This unpleasant-looking woman at the front desk was no different. Something was clearly wrong with her as well. This is business. People come here and pay, however little it may be, and get certain expected service in return, like being able to access their rooms _whenever they want_ without having to get a permission or having to beg and indefinitely wait every time. Obviously, I picked this rundown place to save a few dollars. But, I must say, it's not worth it.

This is a rent-by-the-hour hotel! I cannot imagine why Expedia gives it a 3-star rating! It's in a horrible neighborhood and the room is replete with a sex couch, porn on the TV, "room service" menu that includes sex items. If that's your thing, then I do have to say that the room -- and the sheets -- were very clean. But it certainly wasn't what I had in mind!

Scam artists...I booked a one night stay due to an 11hour layover. It was. Informed and paid. The hotel refused to refund my money because they gave my room to another customer. My flight was delayed and my luggage was lost. I have no control over airline issues. The staff was rude and basically kicked me out the door. Never ever stay at this hotel/brothel!!!

It was ok, the room was great and the bed was comfortable. Also it was huge so if your like me and a restless sleeper then you will be good but understand the hotel is great but outside on the street is to keep caution. Its not a joke the area but you can taxi your way around no problem. Also not too far from the airport. Also the staff were excellent and quick to attend to what ever I needed.

It’s a Motel not a Hotel , don’t have hot water, it not a safe place to wank, and you need call staff to get out of the room

Comfortable, good shower, interesting location, easily worth the price.
