Cute little room in split

Small and cozy hotel, friendly staff

The Double Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. These are rental rooms, not a hotel, so once you have keys you're on your own. There is a shared kitchen with an assortment of plates, cultlery and drinkware. Final location was down a small alley thst took a bit of searching and help from a neighbor. Delightful neighborhood close to the old town attractions. Would stay here on our next trip to Split.

Service was friendly and helpful. The garden/quart yard was green with lots of trees and fruit growing. Would stay there again.

Very bad experience, someone I think the owner get into my room and stole my perfume from my bag Its not safe place and not recommended to anyone !

We had an amazing experience staying at this small cottage. The apartment located in the old town close to main walking street and in just 10 minutes walk to the harbor. We had great time and definitely will return again

Apartments Nicolla: we had trouble finding it even with a taxi and a host of neighbors consulting over its location, but once there could not imagine a better place. Quiet but close to Old Town and bus stations to other areas and ruins; cute and secluded. Host and her extended family were friendly. We went for three nights and stayed a week.

Nicely situated to town. Quiet and comfortable. It was a little difficult to find.

The apartment was clean, safe and close to the centre of Split. The people who worked in the property were friendly and helped me plan my visits around the surrounding area. I certainly would recommend this accommodation to other travellers.

This was the most amazing stay and by far exceeded any expectations. Everything was sparkly clean and smelled so good. The staff here are friendly, kind and diligent. You won’t regret making the choice of staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great location.

The property we were in was a first floor one bedroom apartment with a bathroom kitchen hob and kettle. The property is located in an excellent location a very short walk to shops bars and the Riva and many tourist attractions. The host was excellent gave us a map and showed us to the property and spoke about the area and tips on where to eat and things to do and sea. Her English was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. We were offered a choice of an apartment in the hostel area with a shared kitchen or the apartment which we chose which was a short walk away from the main property. The property itself was very comfortable (the mattress on the bed is amazing) decor is cute and it is spacious. For the money we paid we were more than happy with it especially due to the location. Cupboards were stocked with plenty cutlery plates and pans. The hob and fridge are useful. There was also some oils and washing up equipment which was nice :)

Lovely authentic apartment with basic facilities. Great location near the beach and old town. Clean apartment and friendly staff. Also cheaper to book excursions with the staff at the apartment. We stayed for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had a great time. Thank you

Very close to Diocletian's Palace. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Apartments Nikolla was located in a very central area of Split. Although it was quite tricky to find the area, there were many helpful overhead signs on the streets that soon took us to the right place. Overall, our stay was comfortable and well-furnished. I stayed with three other friends, and we shared two double-beds of reasonable size. The bathroom was clean and had all the appropriate essentials (although the hot water did run out during the night). Furthermore, there was an outdoor kitchen which was collectively shared between all the guests. The Apartments owner was very hospitable, and helped provide us with recommendations for the city. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful city.

Great location. Easy walk from the port or bus depot. Wonderful appartment, nice to stay somewhere that felt authentic to the area. Courtyard to sit it with shared kitchen.

I travelled with my husband and three year old and this lovely apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, it was comfortable, very nicely done and decorated, and met all our expectations. The best part was amazing location close to the center of the city which I didn't even expect, so that was bonus for me. Finally, the hosts were amazing, the property owners had three granddaughters that were spending lots of time at the property and with whom my 3 year old made instant friends. She kept asking to go play with the girls, which was amazing for me. Overall, I was so happy to have chosen this place and any time I travel back to Split would like to return there. I would also happily recommend it to anyone.
