They let me waiting at the reception for more than an hour, the code for the parking wasn’t working, my card key to my room stopped working, and was waiting for an hour to someone to help me

Room was clean

I WOULD not stay here EVER AGAIN, unless you enjoy cockroaches crawling over your bed, in the room and most disgustingly in the fridge! Ruined all our dinner left overs! Left the hotel after 1 night (booked 2) manager refused to address the issue.

Receptionist wasn’t there when she got there she was in her Pjs, did not acknowledge me while I was waiting in the lobby. I reserved online but was charged a different amount, the room had a old rug smell.We were 4 families and in one room had bed bugs, I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

The only thing I didn’t like, at 3 pm I wasn’t able to check in…other than that everything was fine

Just fine for a quick stay alone. Wouldn’t come with family or my wife.

This property is horrible and expensive for what it is I expected so much dirty smells horrible checked out with in the hour clerk lied and told Expedia we stayed 4 hours which we could never with kids

Lack of towels and hotel room is very out dated and old

There was a cochroach and termite infestation in the room. Shower head was broken and causing water to spray over the shower curtain. Sink water would not turn off. Parking gate broken.

The property has a great courtyard with a pool with many beautiful plants and trees. There seems to be a few longterm stays, but they were agreeable & friendly.

Bugs. Shower faucet and toilet didn’t work

The price for the room was good but the bathroom was not so good also wasn’t aware there was a cash only property damage fee. Would stay again tho

The room I stayed in was labeled non-smoking, yet it reeked of weed. The floor creaked, the bathroom sink lacked a drain cover, and the bathtub had inadequate water pressure for the shower, making it take 20 minutes to take a regular bath (not a head bath). The window in the room doesn’t close properly, and there is rarely a support person in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate for a place to sleep for a night. Additionally, the bed sheets had burn marks, which should not happen in a non-smoking room.

Did late check-in and wanted to be close for my daughter’s graduation the next day. Check-in was a breeze, after that was a disaster. Key did not open room, called front office and was told to come up and get another key. Room smelled of smoke, remote only had one battery, and there was only one bath towel! I was not going to call front office to be told once again to come up when it’s 11:45pm! King fitted sheet on a queen bed all worn out. All fixtures dirty. We were not happy with the filth and appearance of this room. Wish I could say something nice, but sorry!

The outside area with nice with plants and a clean pool. The room, however, was the worst ever. Had to ask for washcloths which were stained, no handtowels, floors not clean, no place to hang up clothes, had to ask for hair dryer, TV remotes did not work (had to get new ones), no "do not disturb" signs, light switches did not work, no clock, no phone, had to keep toilet from running constantly. We would never stay there again!

The property is very old, toilet, sink, towel holder, window frame, tv, air conditioner and some other stuff were broken. The sheets and pillow cases were in stains. The only positive thing is that the bathroom smelled bleach.
