The initial instructions were vague with regard of how to access the apartment. No staff on hand. The staff at the Heritage Hotel were great in contacting the owner. The owner then advised that she had sent an email to us on THAT morning, when we were departing early to catch transport to the airport to fly out. Not good. Facilities of the room were satisfactory. No hand towel and no face washer.

A nice studio room with a comfortable bed. Easy to find the room, good communication in regards to key pickup etc. I was disappointed as there was only one light switch that worked in the entire studio (not including the bedside lamp), meaning that there was no light in the bathroom in order to have a shower. Because of this, I had to have the door open from the room in order to let light into the bathroom. Otherwise everything was ok, however I am fairly disappointed with the amount paid for a mildly satisfactory room. A little basic cutlery and the option of herbal tea would be a nice idea, as having english breakfast tea and coffee sachet options with no ability for guests to store milk safely for their hot drinks does not make a lot of sense to me. Thank you Thank you

We liked the room but didnt have light in the onsuite so that was disappointing when i had only one mirror to apply my makeup which was in the onsuite, we had breakfast tnis morning which was very nice, so apart from no light to be able to shower and makeup the overall stay was very nice

Had to chase up owner of the apartment for our key although she said she had sent email to advise where to collect key. I had not received email so took some sorting out dragging our suitcases up and down the street. Room was very nice apart from curtains need a wash.

The receptionist knew nothing about us and after being shown our confirmation advised us that the keys should be collected from a coffee bar 200 yards away. When we got to the room it was a reasonable size but very dated. There was no safe, no mirror or waste paper basket except in the bath room. On the third day, the room keys would not function and we were told that the main room hirer could not come to the hotel for 2 hours as she was teaching. We complained to the hotel and eventually gained access to our room. There was no room service at att. It was by no way an apartment - just a scruffy room in quite a nice hotel.

It was as described. Good location. Good pool. Easy communication. I did think it was part of the hotel but must have been privately owned and therefore no cleaning service or 24 hr check in.

We booked an apartment not the hotel - and the reception team was extremely unhelpful - not even acknowledging a question which they obviously knew the answer to... fortunately the apartment owner and one of the shop concessions were great and solved the problem of where a set of lockers were situated - actually in the shop. That aside room was nice and the rooftop pool was just what the doctor ordered for a relaxing afternoon - then just $6 for an Uber into the viaduct for birthday celebrations. Would definitely stay again in the apartments - but snooty staff spoil the hotel feel - so puts the hotel below many others that I have and will stay in in future... but that’s not their problem it’s the shareholders that lose out 🤔

Room was centrally located (5 min walk from sky bus stop), really easy check-in / check-out, clean room with all the facilities you needed. I didn’t eat in the hotel but there was a restaurant for evening meals and breakfast (for an extra charge)

This was a very unsatisfactory stay. The “apartment” (No 331) consisted of a fairly small, spartan bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. There were no self-catering facilities apart from kettle, toaster and minimal crockery/cutlery. The furniture was a mish-mash of inappropriate and fairly useless pieces. The space in the small wardrobe was almost entirely taken up with a refrigerator and spare bedding so there was no hanging space for clothes. The was no drawer storage whatsoever. The Heritage Apartments are co-located with the Heritage Hotel but there is NO connection between the two organisations. The “apartments” are privately owned and rented out by individual owners so there is no common standard of accommodation or facilities provided. We received no communication from the owner about arrangements for key collection and only discovered by accident that keys are “often” left with the franchise shop in the hotel. If you arrive when the shop is closed then you have nowhere to stay. We had no means of contacting the owner when we discovered there was no plug for the bath. Because of the inconsistency of accommodation on offer and lack of accountability of individual owners, I believe this accommodation should not be promoted on Hotels.com

Comfortable and clean basic accommodation suited our family. Short walk to train station, easy to get to Disney and town. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast was a bonus.

This is a PRIVATELY owned room inside the Heritage hotel. A very misleading listing. It is neither the Heritage nor an apartment. It is a small dark dingy poorly decorated room that looks out at a wall. Not worth the money, even if you werw aware what you were actually booking. You will be asked to clean the room and any complaints will not be well received, and you will never get your money back.

I have stayed at the very good Heritage Hotel on business over 80 times over the years. This week I booked two nights at the privately owned apartments for the first time. Despite rooms being available for two nights sequentially I was still required to change rooms. There was a mix up about which room to stay at first so as requested I moved my bags the next morning to the new room before going to work. That day the cleaners threw out my food/wine/shoe polish etc bag (items you mop up when moving rooms) claiming it was rubbish despite the room having not been touched, so why? Because of the room mix up I was required to go back to the original room! It smelt, and I found a half eaten pizza in the microwave. Not mine! I took a photo and texted it to the apartment manager. Because of an easily avoidable room mix up, I suffered no less than 23 texts from the apartment manager who when I called to say none of them made any sense, or were apologetic, and that she appeared to be the problem, I then received a barrage of texts from her accusing me of being a 'liar', (twice, yes, in writing) about the pizza, and the room mix up, and threatening to contact the Hotel manager to have me banned from staying there. I have wasted enough time on these people but they are a brand nightmare for the excellent Hotel should you think they are the same outfit. Choose carefully.
