Housekeeper was amazing and kind. Conceirge was so helpful when we extended our stays. We will likely be back!

Great hotel! We really had no complaint’s but giving this a 4/5 star just because literally the only minor complaint we had was the thermostat in the room. Not sure if it was broken or something but it was hard to regulate the temperature. Either too cold or too hot etc

This a great hotel, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. Aside from all the excellent amenities, the staff were great, I would like to mention Ian, Vance, Piedad, and Sakshum in the Daco restaurant. Also Regina and Marife at the check in desk were great

Staff was exceptional, room was mostly clean... The sheets were interesting... could have been cleaner. Beds were most uncomfortable!

Great experience and superb hotel gym

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and hotel are very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to dining establishments and the cinema and it was worth it! Our server Ryan at Draco lobby bar was friendly, provided excellent service and makes a fantastic cocktail. The rooms are spacious, the bed was quite soft. Pay attention when booking the King Room vs Room with King bed... we booked the king room but the bed was not a king size so that was a bit misleading on expedia's site. I sleep on a king bed at home and what we had in the room was not that size. That was not a deal breaker and I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about the woman who works front desk. She’s a little bit taller. I believe she’s a manager but every time we go there, she always remembers my son and treats him so nicely with coloring pages cookies, etc.. thank you to everyone at this property. It’s always a pleasure to stay there.

Overall, definitely worth the price, though the jet pool stopped working and the hair dryer kept catching my wife's hair.

Had an amazing experience

Staff are friendly but for some reason the room is super cold. The shower is a joke. It’s such a small place. I am 172cm 60kg. When I stand inside my arms keep touching the control of temperature which makes it super hot by accident. The swimming pool is shared with condos residents and I saw a guy scrubbing his feet in the spa….
