Well located and helpful staff. Great value for money

I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!!

The parking was secure as far as I could tell, but I do not know if the gate checks were adequate as we were not asked when we left to identify ourselves when we left. We are English and it would have been better if the staff serving us had a basic level of English and/or the menus also include English text.

This is the second time I have stayed here on my journey down to the SW of France. Always polite and helpful check in staff. Clean rooms that are perfectly suitable for my needs.

Hidden Gem in Le Mans. Just 100m to the train station yet a nice quiet clean and air conditioned hotel. Will stay there again.

Although the hotel itself was clean and pleasant I found it an insult to be charged 10euros for parking. As a guest I would expect parking to be free. The hotel staff were friendly enough although compared to other hotels their English was extremely limited, being a universal language I would expect them to have a better English vocabulary. Everything considered 3/5.

It was just right for our stop-over on our way south. Good to have secure parking.

The only issue was the shower room leaked into the room onto the carpet… wet room in room 102 needs work

Easy access, convenient position and very quite.

Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

Staff were nice, but not a nice area and just a bit tired. Alright for a night though

Problem with car parking and map and directions to the overspill car park were terrible and we founfpd ourselves in the wrong car park. And had to go back and swop the car over. Also the receptionist was a little rude. I think as we were English’s and our French is not wonder, started to moan about us to another guest in French and thought we couldn’t understand ( which was very rude) The hotel it’s self was good , the food in the restaurant was different but ok. The bath/ showere was to small really to have a bath.

A lovely clean hotel , friendly staff, nice breakfast , well situated

Staff were fine. No soap in shower which was realised too late to report. Very difficult to sleep due to some humming noise from the ventilation system. Did not get much if any sleep due to this.

Ideally situated on the outskirts of the town centre. All of the staff we came into contact with were most helpful
