If cruising this is the best location its across the street from GalataPort entrance

Great place, staff and location!

Very friendly staff, very nice hotel, with delicious breakfast. Port Galata is very close, which was very convenient for our stay

We were very lucky to book the corner suite with a huge L shaped balcony with views of Bosphorus, Galata tower and bridges connecting Asia side to Europe side of Istanbul. Amazing panoramic views . Also the staff were very kind and helpful, specially İlker at the reception he even gave his own metro, bus card for us to travel. That was a great gesture .

The VIP access did not meet expectations, as the restaurant was unaware of it. Additionally, the hotel did not provide us with any information regarding recreational facilities, local attractions, or nearby shopping centers. On a positive note, the hotel was clean, well located, and the room offered a pleasant view.

Location is great. Close to Taksim square, galata tower and galata bridge. Hotel is just across the street from the galata port cruise terminal.

Had a great stay. The location was great and walking distance to many places. They had US ports that saved me to iron my hair. All the staff was very friendly.

We stayed before our cruise. The staff is amazing, in fact one of them helped us with our luggage agents boarded the ship. The room was modern with room darkening coverings. After our long flights we had an excellent night's sleep. On top of that, the hotel is just across the street from the cruise terminal.

Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly . They gave us a room upgrade. Location was perfect.
