Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region.

Very unfortunate that the staff at the hotel made our life more difficult and caused problems throughout our stay.. From the way they handled guests or dealt with issues, they seriously need to consider whether they are in the hospitality sector

Not a bad hotel.. We had some inconvenient situations like.. Water was cut off for about 5 hours.. The breakfast was acceptable to some extent.. Bakery items are minimal and not fresh.. Cleaning is not pleasant.. Only replacing shower gel and towels and the bed quickly without cleaning surfaces and carpets... Location in vital... Some staff are very good and some other need to be trained.. They customer requests... Either dont understand or ignoring them

Location of the hotel is wonderful،very close to it SIMIRA restaurant, it's perfect to take your meals, with fantastic taste.
