Great room in a great locations incredibly responsive team

Excellent property on the water, close to everything. Only thing we didn’t like was the WiFi. It was very weak. The only spot where we could get on our devices consistently was the balcony.

Lovely accommodation and location.

Location was superb! Condo had everything we needed. However couple issues we found. AC was not adequate and could not keep the unit cool. Also the security entrance door was not locking so anyone could get in.

On the beach, clean, comfortable, modern. Good amenities. Restaurants and nightlife in walking distance

Paid for 5 guests….sofabed unmade when we arrived…unsure why they were funny about a 4th towel and a missing breakfast set (1 coffee pod each and a mini french toast). Unsure if this was an issue between hotel management and Expedia, but they took it out on us!

Close to beach in a quieter area. Great for families.

Very friendly staff. Helped us multiple times with booking tours, taxis & local area awareness. Staff (Mathew, Erika and all) were really helpful and kind. Check-in & Check-out Instructions were very clear and simple. Prompt response and clear communication via WhatsApp.

The property was beautiful! The location was great. Management and organization was exceptional.

Great property! Can’t wait to stay again. Minor suggestions would be more towels. Clean the glass of the pool but other than that loved the location and check in was self explanatory with instructions (well except for possible parking spots). Will be back!

The position was brilliant and right in front of the sea and beach, good furniture and fixings. on the negative side though, poor communication and we never had our code emailed to us before our arrival so were unable to access the building. We had to contact Expedia to resolve the situation as we were left outside of the building.

The Hotel and Residence staff were always very helpful and polite and the property is on the beachfront.

the residnece was missing a lot of amenities. also, there were problems checking in and keeping our keys working. Air bnb's have better set ups. living room looked nothing like the photo. very uncomfortable cheap couch.

Der freundliche Koordinator hat uns erlaubt, die Wohnung schon vor der Check-in-Zeit zu beziehen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Beste war die fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon. Wenn ich eine Reise auf die Insel plane, werde ich diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Bekamen durch eine defekte Chipkarte keinen Zugang zum Apartment. Kontakt zur Hoteldirektion schlug fehl, es gab keine Bereitschaft für Notfälle. Musste für eine Nacht das Iberostar Selection buchen. Kulanz wurde seitens des Hotels vorgenommen, Reklamation beim Veranstalter läuft noch. Aus dem Apartment wurde Bargeld in Höhe von 300€ gestohlen. Hatten es leider versäumt das Geld im Safe zu sichern, ok selber schuld. Es kommt eigentlich nur der Putzservice in Frage. Aber Aussage vs Aussage. Eine Erstattung/ Kulanz gab es nicht. Die Videoüberwachung ergab auch keinen fremden Zutritt. Von einer polizeilichen Anzeige haben wir abgesehen. Zum positiven. Apartment sehr schön, Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Playa. Wellnessbereich im Winter geschlossen. Taxistand, einkaufen, essen alles fußläufig erreichbar. TV Sat hat keine deutschen Sender da es zum 18.11. eine Satelliten TV Änderung gab, wird wohl erst zur kommenden Saison ein Update oder Reparatur geben. Im Winter ist kein TV echt schade aber ok. Empfehlung lasst euch zwei Chipkarten aushändigen und lasst keine Wertgegenstände im Zimmer!

Einwandfrei

Direkt am Strand. Wunderschöner Meerblick. Oberhalb von feinem Restaurant. Wenn Fenster geschlossen hört man nichts von draussen. Kleiner, super Pool auf dem Dach mit Liegestühlen. Alles Bestens. Zimmer genug gross

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer schönen und sicheren Lage. Die Verkehrsverbindungen sind sehr gut, man kommt schnell in alle Richtungen. Die Nähe zu den Promenaden ist sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Unterkunft.

Eine hervorragende Wohnung an der Playa de Palma ,sehr gut mit Geschmack ausgestattet und mit vollem Meerblick . Der Bus nach Palma und zum Flughafen hält quasi vor der Tür . Eine Teekanne und ein paar große Kaffebecher fehlen und das Wasser in der Dusche ist schwer einstellbar . Fazit : wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen 😊😊
