The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat.

Great location. Property was clean and nicely renovated. Small issue with trying to get in building at check in. Also expedia states coffee and pastries for breakfast is included, but only black coffee without any milk is available in auto coffee maker, with a plate of apples and plums set out and some cookies, so this is a bit misleading on expedia. Otherwise property is lovely with great balconies and convenient location for train station amd pedestrian area.

Owners were so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable . We made a last minute accommodation and they were so helpful. Location is a hidden gem only minutes from shopping and walking distance from the city night life .

We spent 2 days here during a holiday. The place itself is very well maintained. Spacious and sparkling clean. Check-in was easy…parking a bit complicated - take the valet for 20€ per day. Easiest option. The location was central the all popular tourist attractions as well as easy bus access. I would not recommend going out at night - shady and not safe. However, there are 2 great tapas style places adjacent to the B&B. Overall, nice place to stay. Great room, very clean, and coffee is always available!!

My sister and I spent two nights at the Bellaroto and had a lovely time. Room was light and bright and very clean. In a fantastic location in the historic area within walking distance to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Our host, Michele, was charming and gave us some great tips for restaurants and sights to see. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on a future visit!

Great location, appreciated the welcoming touches available 24 hours a day in the common room - automatic coffee maker uses fresh ground beans, fresh fruit & sesame seed homemade biscotti. The rooms are well appointed & very large. The beds are very comfortable & our hosts were very helpful with dining recommendations.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Good, clean room. But make sure to get room facing out on the alley. Our friends were in one above the local restaurant and it was very noisy until 3 am. Yes, Palermo is a noisy city, but you want a room away from the noise.

Loved my room here! The room was very nice, clean, spacious and beautiful painted ceiling. Host was very nice, helpful and friendly as I had a bit of trouble finding them. Great place to stay in Palermo!

Mr Michael was amazing. Enthusiastic, helpful, made reservations at the most delicious pizza restaurant and gave us a run down of the must see area all within walking table

I enjoyed my stay at Bellaroto Suite. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The hosts very nice and made us feel right at home.

The hotel is in a great location in terms of seeing the historic sights in Palermo. The hosts are lovely, and were extremely helpful and attentive with restaurant recommendations and arranging a taxi for us. The room was spacious and comfortable. The one downside is the noisy neighborhood, both in the building and in the nearby bars.

Good location but noisy at night.

Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. I feel like for the price and class of the hotel, at least a small grace period for the checkout time should be possible without making the guests feel they are causing trouble. That’s only a minor thing though and overall it was still amazing.

Mikelle was so helpful and showed me all of the local sights not to miss and the best restaurants and wine bars. It’s a cute hotel tucked away with very nice accommodations. I highly recommend a stop here for a night or two in Palermo.

The room is well designed, the hotel is in the centre, accessible to most restaurants and cafes. They are nice to offer complementary coffee, tea,sweets, and fruit. However, the rooms are in first floor, very difficult to handle the luggage, no help is offered. Although, the rooms are not occupied, they refused to extend our checkout toll 12 noon. I am not sure to recommend the hotel to anyone. Michelle was trying to help, but some basic things come first

The manager was very nice. The room and the kitchenette was great. Food in the also very good. Watch out for the toto drivers. They will leave tou in the middle of nowhere.

Very hard to find but a very nice, clean suite. Very busy area somewhat noisy late into the night.
