It's Motel 6. The good: price was right, it was convenient, staff was very nice, housekeeping was friendly and attentive. The AC was pretty good, the curtains were the best blackout curtains I've ever seen in a moderate motel. The beds were ok, but needed more and better pillows. The bad: only 2 HARD chairs, tv remote was limited in what it could do (no captions and remote did not turn it on and off), refrigerator leaked and was noisy, no tissues, shower only and floor got soaked. But, for all that, I would stay there again. It's Motel 6. You get what you pay for.

Someones hair in the bathroom, dirty mirrors, sticky floors.

Pet friendly and nice area behind the hotel to walk your dog alongside the cotton farm.

For a motel 6, I was really surprised at the value for my money. We will definitely be going back. And the staff was super kind and kept saying if we needed this or that, to please just ask.

Good value: helpful staff, working TV with all the channels, beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains if you get a second floor west facing room (recommended).

This was the best Motel 6 that I have ever stayed in. The room appeared to be newly remodeled. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. There is a Jerry's Restaurant across the parking lot. I didn't have to get into my car to have breakfast. I will stay here again, next time I am in Safford.

Tried to check in just after 4 PM and was informed room wasn't ready yet, even though I booked 8 days earlier. They explained they had other, more expensive rooms that were ready now but if we wouldn't pay more we'd have to wait. This resulted in our being late for granddaughter's graduation

The staff was nice at check in. Killed a couple bugs a few minutes after I got in the room. Decided to check the sheets to make sure they were clean. The room had 2 queen beds. First bed I pulled the sheets back and it had a bunch of crumbs and hair in it. I checked the second bed and it looked good, I layed down for a few and it felt Wierd by my feet. I pulled the bedding back and the sheet didn’t go to the end of the bed, there was a bunch of “curly hair” wadded up and other misc things. Needless to say I decided to sleep on top of the bed. For 180 bucks I would at least expect a vacuum so I could clean up the excess hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Shower was nice though!

Staff was knowledgeable and responsive

The price was high for the room. The room was basic and clean. The air conditioner was stuck at 60⁰, so you'd have to freeze or be hot. The towels were super scratchy. The pool was closed. Overall not the worst, but certainly has room for improvement.
