Walking distance to the heart of the city. Two floors of a building renovated to hotel. Room with bathroom. I asked for an iron and a kettle over WhatsApp. They served it before 08:00 so I can iron my shirt. Thanks. I will stay again soon

This property was not well-maintained, and look nothing like the photographs. We arrived, and I had to call to get someone to let me in. There was no one at the reception, even though the hours of the reception being open were clearly posted. Parking is challenging. The spots are very small. The manager was helpful.

Location was great. Parking available at a cost.

The owner was kind and helpful. However the place was undergoing construction downstairs and the room was tiny for 2 adult sized women to share, the room had a foul smell during our stay. This is more like a hostel than a hotel. Not the best experience.

Great location however we could not sleep and had walked out an hour into our stay due to overwhelming odor of mold and no ability to air it out as there are no windows or air circulation in the main sleeping area. Money wasted.

Though we booked superior room for 3 persons, while checkin we were advised that room for 2 persons only. We had to upgrade to bigger room and pay the difference. Overall is good and we enjoyed our stay

The room and ensuite shower room was clean, adequate and well maintained. The only thought would be to install a larger sink and forget the mixer tap! Shaving was difficult with such a small sink: and the sink plug's system left much to be desired. Two or three very close restaurants - pizza, vegan - and some bars, though this bit of town, while close the the National Theatre and Mimara Museum, is not right in the touristy bit; that's a 15min walk. Zagreb centre is pretty small though and has loads of 'cafe society' along with bakery outlets, so lots of opportunities to sit and people watch having coffee and pastries. The staff at Tia were helpful and friendly. The room comes with kettle - but no cups/mugs or tea/coffee/milk sachets, so a trip to the grocery shopping is necessary.. Soap and shampoo however was provided. All in all, great value. Beware, however, not for the infirm - right at the top of a three/four floor building with no elevator....

It is a renovated apartment in an old building near the national theatre. I enjoy my stay there. It is close to most of the things you want to see in Zagreb. Easy to walk to food and entertainment options, yet pretty quiet since it is a few blocks away. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. For the price and location, it is definitely a good deal.

The room was fine. It was small but as expected. It was very warm in Zagreb and the air conditioner was on but did not cool the room down very well. The accommodation was well located. Communication with the host was good.

The room is clean, bed comfortable, not sagging. 2 things we don't like: - when booking, there is no mention that room is on top floor, we have to carry luggage on 3 set of stairs, - room is very hot , air conditioning not working well, we check in at 3:30pm, got AC running on high until 8pm , when we came back, room still hot. It finally cooled down around 1am. The mini bar was not cool enough either. At least, the owner did answer my messages right away at 8pm. The next day we kept AC running alll day, windows closed then the room was cool enough.

Spacious, modern room right downtown, just a short walking distance from the historic center. There is a supermarket (Spar) relatively close by, and my room had a fridge in it. It's also close to the train station. You have to climb a couple of staircases to get to the rooms, so this might be an issue if you are mobility-impaired.

The description of the room is highly misleading. There is no fridge, nor kettle in the room. The size of the room is approx 16 m2, not the 20 m2, some of which are a dead area due to the steeply sloping roof. It would also be helpful for future guests if the description would mention that the facility lack an elevator.
