Spacious, clean room with good air conditioning during heat wave. If arriving from railway station use Hall C (Belcier) exit for shorter, easier access to hotel. Hotel restaurant menu limited but food was good.

Perfectly fine but would not honor my drink card, but the hotel and room were fine.

Room is modern and roomy by Europe standards. Breakfast is great and worth the extra. Each floor has a filtered water source that provides still or sparkling cold water for your room. Restaurant was very good even though it had a small menu. Overall, this hotel is convenient and a good value.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean. Our room was bright and airy and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. Perfectly placed for the station which made on onward travel very easy.

Good size room, clean and modern. Water dispensers on every floor. Breakfast was good with hot food, pastries, meat, salmon, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and some sweet treats. Little further out of main town but couple minutes to tram stop which is super easy to use to get in and out. Nice and quiet. We’d a pleasant stay

Room was very clean and had most things however, the AC was not working for our stay. It got really warm at night and was difficult to sleep.

Great position- 5 minute walk to main railway station. Very clean good sized room. Could do with a few more lights. Nice modern decor. Plenty of space for clothes. Nice walk in shower. Most of staff were lovely and very helpful. The young lady who checked me in was rather non welcoming

Breakfast was basic but filling. If you’re not European and come from South East Asia, don’t expect anything with spices. No preferences for non pork/beef eaters so make do with eggs and bread. The TV has no English programming and even when I complained that the CNN channel was out, nothing was done. Zero marks for effott

The breakfast is nice. The fresh yogurt is a really good helper for my digestive system. However, I would like to suggest a handle cover for the pot lid & spoons as they are hot. If possible, a little more space for the food table so people can get food much easier. Would to like to have stir fried veggie in the hot food section.

Staff was nice, room was clean, air conditioning was non existent so we barely slept because it was so hot, and the shampoo was atrocious. Made my hair disgustingly thick with product and so greasy. Bring your own bath products

Great location shortcut available to both train and coach stations.large room comfortable bed,quiet.

Service was good. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Parking is misleading. We are traveling with quite a bit of luggage and parking a few blocks away was difficult.

Spotless room, pillows not to my liking (foam), comfortable bed.
