Absolutely great staff. Made us feel welcome. Older building but clean. Would stay again!!

It needs updating and lean sheets, old stuff inside the room

1. No había perchas, tuve que pedirlas. 2. Ducha: no tiene donde apoyar/colgar los productos de tocador. 3. La mampara filtraba toda el agua e inundaba el baño. 4. No hicieron limpieza de habitación. 5. Reservamos desayuno con costo y hasta nos preguntaron A QUE HORA LO QUERÍAMOS y al otro día cuando bajamos dijeron que como era domingo no trabajaban. Nos dejaron sin desayuno.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel has a good location. The area was safe and quiet. The bathroom was a little small and old. There was access to english BBC news on the tv. The bed was good. I was happy with my stay at Point du jour.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its staff - very polite and trying to meet all your needs. The location of the hotel is very good as well.

Bit hard to park outside but there is nearby paid parking that is cheap for western tourist. Under £1 a day, also a lot safer to park there too. Hotel isn’t the cleanest but can feel homely with the right people. Great for the price.

Staff is excellent great customer service will come back again

They couldn’t find my Reservation for 90 minutes… I had to sit in their Restaurant for that time waiting… Had some buffet food and (of course) they let me pay for it…. Never again!!

The staff are very friendly and the location is right in the city center. If you need anything, just ask the staff, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

The staff are very nice and helpful especially the cleaning lady and the guy from Senegal however the owner lacks social skills to treat people He is not welcoming and has a very interesting attitude of business. I try using a table to cut a tomate I bought in a market and the owners is always watching everything you do . I shared my pizza with one of the employees and he can right away and gave a weird look. I don’t understand how people are in the hotel business with none social human skills

Hotel simple et bien situé, sa réelle force réside dans la gentillesse et l’accueil de son personnel. Ces personnes sont prêtes à se mettre en quatre pour vous aider.
