I had a great stay at valencia hotel in Cairo. The staff was professional and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.Overall, Valencia hotel Cairo delivers an exceptional blend of comfort, service, and elegance. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

I don't recommend it because pictures shown in the app are completely different from reality (inspite of the good staff and good location)

Nice position, friendly and helpul staff

The hotel has nice accommodation, comfy beds, and parking just in front of the hotel.

Valencia was fine. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. No major amenities but the continental breakfast was nice, tea kettle in the room and the rooms were clean. My big issue is that the photo being used to represent the property and what i expected my room to look like was extremely inaccurate. Felt like another bait and switch.

This hotel should not have a 9.4 rating! The room was terrible and nothing like the photos and the staff were rude! I would not stay here again

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, this property did not match the pictures shown online and was quite disappointing. The hotel was very unclean, with stairwells littered with cigarette butts and noticeable dirt buildup. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and there is no elevator access between the first floor and the reception, which meant carrying our luggage up several steps—a real inconvenience. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and did their best to assist us during our stay.

The pictures were from another hotel for sure. Our room was a low, low budget hotel. Tile in bath very slippery, a bit of toilet paper (bring your own). No hangers. "Breakfast" was on par with hostel food. Two story, dirty and plenty of cats at entrance. We paid for something better The pictures were deceptive. The only good part. the two fellas at reception were nice.

Excellent breakfast choice to suit everyone and the hot buffet is fresh and hot ! Room spotlessly clean with massive comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Hotel is ideally located for a short walk into town. Very quiet and peaceful with a nice atmosphere. All staff polite and friendly. Shout out to Gemma in particular who although always busy was extremely organised and took the time to chat to all the guests.
