Great staff , fantastic room , very comfortable beds. Will stay again

A stunning hotel with top notch staff. Our child got sick on our second day here and the staff went above and beyond to help us locate doctors, pharmacists and whatever we needed. The area is historical and culturally rich- would stay here anytime!

It’s at the primary location, convenient to most of the tourism spots. The service is exceptional, the breakfast is good, the room is spacious. What more could you ask for?

We had a great experience. The service was all one could ask for. We were there for valentines day and my birthday and the staff celebrated both, including a birthday cake! The large suite was always clean and tidy and the daily fruit fix was a welcome addition. The location is fabulous close to some great restaurants and the center of Belgrade. The restaurant was clean and food good. Service everywhere was fabulous. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Townhouse 27 hotel. The staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful! Helping us to arrange an airport transfer at the last minute, offering us an umbrella when it was about to rain, assistaning with directions... Just very friendly and professional overall. The room and hotel condition was also lovely. It's not a super big hotel so expect a cozy environment. The location is also central so only mins walk and you're in the middle of a nice shopping boulevard. By the way, if you haven't been to Belgrade, you should check it out, it's an hidden gem.

Fantastic! Excellent presented hotel in the heart of the City right where you want to be. Excellent staff (Katerina) who goes out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant as possible. A credit to the establishment :-)

First room -- a loftlike suite--was great. Moved to a room that had a strong odor of cigarettes coming from somwhere -- not sure where.

Traveled most of the world and the complete package for any hotel is a combination of location, facilities, and service…they hit 10+ in every area!

Stayed only 1 night but great experience

The staff was very friendly (especially the “student”), hotel is very modern and is located in the very center.

Good location, nice room, amazing staff

They advertise themselves as a 4-star boutique hotel but deliver a 2-3 star experience. The rooms are in shabby condition and not nearly as nice as the photos on their website.
