I booked a queen-size room with an ensuite bathroom. But the staff told me I'd booked a room with an outdoor toilet. I asked for a solution, but there was none. I asked for a room upgrade, but the staff said they couldn't. It was truly awful.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, regardless of their nationality. They knew how to serve and communicate well with other staff, so I didn't have to wait long for my booking to be confirmed. The key was speed and comfort. If I wasn't satisfied with the room, the staff quickly offered an upgrade. This was the most impressive service I've had so far. Thank you.

- Two days earlier, I also booked a hotel in KL through Traveloka. I wasn't charged another RM 10, which was supposedly for tax. When I arrived, I was charged RM 10. So, why the difference? - Front office staff should be friendly, not aggressive.

Pros: Location was great right opposite Larkin Bus Terminal. Plenty of food eateries, 7-11 and KK Mart. There's qiblat direction in the room for Muslims. Iron & ironing board along the corridor for usage. Upon check in, there's a towel and toothbrush/toothpaste travel pack provided. Wi-Fi accessible in the room and I was given a lower floor as per my request. Cons: The room was not like the photo in the app website. There's no mini fridge and no shower gel in the shared toilet. *NB: Cash deposit of RM$50 and tourism tax of RM$10 per night upon check in.

Next time for the reception, read carefully, I clearly ordered a single room with a private bathroom. The price is different, and it is clearly stated, the size of the room is also different but it is still divided into rooms without a bathroom. The bathroom must be shared, knowing this, why didn't I pay and just order a single room without a toilet? Please be more careful
