Shower had rust spots. Front desk is a little hard to find. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful and arranges taxis for us.

The reception was hard to find and unusual to access. The elevator didn't work.

Near to airport. Good value.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen was not well equipped. I was locked out on my arrival and had to wait a few hours into the night before police arrived to gain access to the building. After a long day traveling, this wait was horrible.

There are bugs on the bed that was only the disappointing thing in NovelInn

Excellent hotel. Near airport!

This is a gem of a find for accommodation in Belgrade. It is convenient to the airport, fifteen minute drive using secondary roads (avoids the thruway I believe corridor 10). Property is spotless, very comfortable place, friendly staff, 24 hour concierge, easy riđe to downtown and decent parking considering this is Belgrade. Can not recommend enough.

There is a store close by for you to shop at comes with pots pans and silverware. Clerks were always nice.

My wife and I stayed one night prior to a flight leaving BEG airport. Staff were great, easy parking, fast check in. Area is residential apartments so families are around as well. Place was spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.

Although there is not much of shops close to the building over all I had a great time and I will definitely stay in the same place again

We had big apartment with 2 bed rooms,very comfortable for family of 4,very clean,good internet,we learn only at the check out that they also have fitness and game area on the top floor,its a pitty we didnt know eatlier. Location was nesr the airport,6€,by taxi,snd also near the shoping centar Delta(5€taxi) ...it was realy great stay!!!

Close to airport and amazing value!

We took that because we thought it is sort of airport hotel for our overlay in Belgrade. In reality it was about 15 min away and in a very much regular suburb or neighborhood of Belgrad (The hotel is actually one of the tall buildings converted into serviced apartments). We had a problem with double booking (Very weird....and not sure who is to blame, Hotels.com or the hotel) , but the service of the team was very good and kind. The apartment was new and clean, yet with some improvements needed (better isolation, coffee, etc.).....all in all good for a short transit stay or for local families....

Excellent accommodation - 1 bedroom suite with spacious living / dining area and balcony. Brand new hotel, with plenty of free parking. Change of linen every 7 days? Too bad - during the weeklong stay, my suite wasn’t cleaned once. No change of linen nor towels. Local area is totally residential - nothing around. Suitable if one has a car.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and spoke great English (and of course Serbian). The only downside is the that electricity is only turned on when you keycard is installed in the keycard slot by the door. It's no problem while you're in the apartment, but if you leave the apartment, but want to charge your phone, it seems that the electricity outlets don't function during that time.
