Would definitely come back. Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice area. Just a couple odd things about our room (TV would turn on but not off and the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way). But we only stayed one night so not inconvenient enough to say anything.

My family and I do a lot of traveling and Tru by Hilton is usually one of our favorite hotels to stay in. This property wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as nice as some of the other properties. The hallways smelled like smoke. You can tell the hotel is older. The room phone was broke. Also the AC unit was not that cool.

Clean, bright room and spacious, comfortable, fun lobby. Helpful, friendly staff. Not fancy, but a fair value. Have stayed here before and surely will again.

Check in was easy and fast, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfort wise we were not satisfied, both beds the mattresses were very uncomfortable in certain areas they were sunken in. The pillows were too flat and not enough support.

Dining options around the property is good. Hotel looks cheerful, warm hospitality, clean, lobby has pool table, big tvs, nice ambiance overall, staff courteous, pleasant with smiles :)

From Check in to check out, all went very well. The evening check in lady was very kind and helpful as well as check out. The room was well maintained and breakfast had decent options for us on the go.

Nice stay and clean. Front desk was very friendly and it's close walking distance sit in restaurants. Only complaints were the ac unit was unusually loud and the bathroom vent did not work.

It was a very convenient location for me. The parking was also great. Two things I didn't like was it was loud inside the room with people above me and outside fire engine showed up at midnight. The door to the shower could not properly close.
