Amazing in all aspects

As per usual, everything was awesome, i especially love the location and the friendly staff

The hotel is nice and the staff are pleasant and helpful, Ivor was so helpful in giving perfect recommendations for dining and travel between cities. The location is fine but not as good as some other comparative hotels around. The VIP amenity which is presented as a Spa on Expedia turned out to be a mere sauna bath, which was available to other guests as well. Although I always include breakfast in my bookings, somehow the inclusion was missed in this one! Despite having another booking at the hotel later in the week which was checked by the hotel and found to be included, they insisted on charging full price for the current stay which was double the price of the one included in the booking!

Nice room, very quiet hotel, it was a bit of a a walk to get to the centre but doable.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The bed was a cloud and the breakfast next level. So many things to choose from. European luxury and an easy walk to one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Great location- room was super spacious- it felt good . I was not offered the silver reward member - which was supposed to include free parking and spa service for two. I was asked to pay for parking but then when I told about the Expedia offer I did not have to pay. But the lady did not offer the spa service

Hotel is located in downtown of Zagreb that is easy to access the transportation. Good whether in this period made us the best travel for the 1st visit in this country.

This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service brings the rating down. Unlike a lot of other hotels the staff were extremely hesitant to allow us to leave our baggage at the hotel before checking in. Our flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2, we ended up upgrading to allow us to move freely. Breakfast is really great but one staff member on to assist all customers orders and check in does not work and creates long wait times and a competition to get attention. Lastly on check out I was extremely disappointed in staff for not offering a simply gesture of opening a door. 4 staff were stood behind the desk while my partner and I attempted to keep the door open and move with 6 pieces of luggage, luckily another guest leaving offered to assist us while the staff continued to watch… this is not what 5 star hotel service should be.

Excellent! very attentive staff with an exceptional , kind and respectful service, 10 minutes walk from the center, excellent location, impeccable cleaning, I would stay again without a doubt. highly recommended.

This is clasy boutique hotel run professionally by fairly young team. It is great to see the synergy of youth and tradition working so well. I'd suggest a bit of work on the hotel website in order to provide more complete information to their guests. I've found it's missing some information, which could help prevent possible issues.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, great location, extremely walkable as it’s centralized from the city. Shopping, dining, and museums are very walkable.

Nice clean hotel in an accessible area of Zagreb. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Even allowed us a later check out at no cost.
