Beautiful room, lots of detail. Amazing atmosphere in hotel area

Bar closed early and there was no residence bar, followed by no hot water in the morning.

This was our first time at The Ned & it was just gorgeous. We booked a cosy room but it was lovely,bed was comfortable & shower was great. We had breakfast in our room & again it was excellent. We had cocktails at Nickels Bar & then had dinner at Millies which was fantastic. The service & food were great & we loved the live music that played throughout the day. It was easy to get to on the tube & i would definitely recommend. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff & service were excellent. Thank you

Loved everything about The Ned. The building, the decor, the ambiance, the staff were all so polite and friendly and super helpful and efficient, the food, the cocktails (very strong!), the room was spacious and beautifully decorated and filled with everything you could possibly need during your stay…bed and bedding very comfortable, the bars (The Vault Bar is amazing)!! The cleanlines of the hotel is second to none…..the only negative thing is I didn’t get time to use the Spa facilities and pool so I guess I’ll just have to go back another time!

The staff, both for the hotel and the restaurants, were absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, blending classic elegance with vibrant energy. Each evening, the live music filled the lobby and created such an amazing atmosphere that I never wanted to leave. The food was exceptional — try the fish and chips and pizza! My room was spotless and gorgeous, with every amenity I could possibly think of. It felt luxurious yet comfortable, like a home I wish I could live in. The highlight of my stay was how the team made my birthday feel so special. I arrived to find a handwritten card and a little chocolate dessert waiting for me — such a thoughtful, personal touch that truly made my day. The Ned is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. I can’t wait to return!
