No hot water

NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE I HAVE STAYED IN 4 AND 5 STAR HOTELS AND IN RINKY DINKY MOTELS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME MY ROOM KEY RIGHT AWAY AND HERE IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR TO GOT ME MY ROOM KEY.ON TOP OF THAT I WAS BEING KICKED OUT BY THE MAID AT 10AM WHEN CHECK OUT ITS AT NOON . AND THE THE TWO YOUNG MEN AT THE RECEPTION DESK WERE VERY INEXPERIENCED THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAD NAME BADGE SO I COULDN'T REPORT THEM. AND I DROVE 4 HOURS TO GET TO THIS HOTEL AND ALMOST AN HOUR STANDING UP JUST TO GET MY KEY. VERY DISAPPOINTED I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE I EVEN BOOKED IT AND FULLY PAID FOR THIS PATHETIC ROOM A MONTH BEFORE AND FOR ALL THOSE MEN OVER 6 FEET TALL DON'T EVEN COME HERE MY FEET AND ARMS WERE HANGING ITS NOT QUEEN BED ITS FULL SIZE ITS WORTH PAYING THE DIFFERENCE TO GET A KING BED ELSEWHERE.VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOUSY HOTEL

Property inside of a plaza with good parking and safe They charge for parking which I feel is good. But if you loose your ticket, they make you pay again.. Kind of ridiculous.

I stayed during the Pa'l Norte Festival, ane even though there were plenty of people staying there, it was really quiet

Hotel is awesome, across the street to Monterrey Tech and close to Downtown. Only problem is it is in a plaza that has bars that are open till well past midnight. I’ve stayed teice, once in the was in a 6th floor and the noise was substantial, the time I stayed in the 3rd floor it was unbearable.
