The inside was nice and it looks like it was remodeled, but that’s where it ends. The area practically shuts down around 8 PM, and when I tried to call for an Uber, not one came to the location. There was no restaurant, nor a grocery store open within the vicinity, and after 8 PM, it was very scary. Maybe I should’ve checked out another location within Barranquilla, where there was much more amenities than this.

Air condition didn't work, they finally moved me to another room where it worked just slightly better. Wifi didn't work the first half of the day. They said it was my problem because it worked for them. Place needs work, should consider another.

The property was in a really dangerous location, there was no hot water and the reception kept calling to ask for things including going the remote to the air conditioning back.

This is a hidden gem if you're a 'traveler' rather than a tourist and enjoy staying in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of a traditional business district. Price is excellent and VALUE tremendous for this 2-3 star property that has simple, clean rooms and a wonderful staff. Rooftop bar and restaurant is an oasis in the center of the city. Only real hesitation is that there is no security box in the room - so you may want to bring your own pac-safe of similar security. That said, the hotel seems very secure - but this is a concern in any hotel. Easy to walk to Museo del Caribe, waterfront fish restaurants. Bus system station one block way. Would easily stay here again!

First of all tell people this hotel is located in the most dangerous part of the city and everyone there will tell you never to be outside after 7pm so that in itself will ruin your trip. Taxi's have a issue bringing you to the hotel after 7pm. The property itself is surrounded by bad neighborhoods..nobody is outside, it's totally scary

No es muy seguro para caminar en la noche. Y no me gustó el baño muy incómodo

Cobran un IVA tras el check-out, lo que incrementa mucho la tarifa y termina resultando muy cara para lo que realmente es el hotel. Los alrededores son sucios y muy peligrosos de noche. Además, las toallas estaban manchadas, incluso cuando se solicitaba cambio.

Hay puntos negativos que se salen de la mano del hotel, pero hay otros que si pueden revisar : Pueden mejorar : - La taza del inodoro estaba incómoda, ladeada y al sentarse se sentía el desnivel - La ducha estaba dañada, el agua se salía por la parte superior y mojaba todo el baño menos a uno que quiere bañarse - La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, y si se forzaba a cerrar, no se podía abrir, yo cómo iba acompañado pude pedir ayuda Cosas que no pueden mejorar pero es importante saber: - La ubicación del hotel no es la mejor de la ciudad, queda en pleno centro y después de las 5pm eso es sólo y oscurísimo, no hay droguerías, restaurantes ni otros sitios para visitar, ni para emergencias, los cajeros quedan retirados y por la inseguridad que se siente, es de pensar dos veces si se sale a retirar o no dinero. - Muy cerca queda un paso de aguas negras y ese olor se entra en el hotel, más que hay una pared que no es de concreto si no de malla de plástico por lo que el olor entra más.

Adecuados protocolos de bio seguridad. Buena comida y ambiente en el restaurante. Higiénico y agradable por el precio que se paga. Toque de queda nocturno por pandemia, no permitía salir, aunque el sector tampoco!

servicio pésimo, todo lo quieren cobrar como hotel 6 estrellas . en mi caso, por una mancha en una sabana, me llamaron a decirme que por la mancha tenia que pagar un valor adicional, no me opuse porque no pensé que fueran a exagerar tanto, cuando iba a cancelar la cuenta me cobraron la sabana con todo nueva $150.000

El hotel es ruidoso, toda la actividad de los pasillos se escucha en la habitacion. La habitacion tiene ventana cintra el pasillo y las luces de los pasillos iluminan los cuartos. Los sensores prenden y apagan los bombillos iluminando el cuarto ya que la ventana esta pegada a los bombillos. Las habitaciones no tienen nevera. Los servicios muy limitados. El personal trato de ayudar a resolver el tema de la luz en el cuarto desabikitando el bombillo junto a la ventana pero igual no fue solucion ya que se alumbraba la habitacion cin bombillos del pasillo. Personal amigable pero la habitacion no es apta para descansar por la luz y el ruido de los pasillos.
