I didn’t realize it was valet only (+$18), but other than that, I was impressed.

This was our second stay. Great spot for a night away in KC. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place. If you don’t do valet parking, it’s tough to find anything nearby. The hotel itself is wonderful

The service

Great stay and management were so helpful. They had easy printing services and that was helpful for my meeting. Gym had everything I needed.

The property & staff were great!! Didn’t love the location. But, it was close to Crown Center & Power & Light District, which was convenient. It was a bit of a deserted area especially considering we were there over a holiday weekend. However, there was loud street noise late at night! Luckily, it quoted down after 1:00 am.

Our stay was okay. Something seemed off with this place. The location was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. The biggest disappointment was the lack of restaurant service. We didn’t even attempt eating breakfast after seeing how unclean the area was. The bar was dirty and seemed to be used like storage. At check in the man at the bar looked sketchy. Something seemed off with staff who were working. We would not stay here again especially with what we paid. Find another location.

Love the hotel and staff. Valet was on point , worth paying for parking. Breakfast was decent, could be a little better since it's the only meal served. PS: paid for breakfast everyday. Snacks in the hotel lobby were horrible in our opinion. Bar awesome also. Overall really nice hotel that was clean and quiet for where it is. Biggest issue was the bed quality. It felt like someone had blown the center out of the bed. No support.

We loved that it’s so close to everything we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. Staff was awesome and our room was super quiet and clean. Very comfortable.

A portion of my room's ceiling was 15 feet high, the most spacious-feeling hotel room I've ever had.

Staff was friendly. The neighborhood had good restaurants within walking distance, though not many people around.

Valet parking was great. Street parking was limited. I recommend using valet parking so that your vehicle will be safely parked in their parking garage. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great little place in downtown. If you are a light sleeper the traffic noise at night will keep you awake. Nice to have a bar inside, but wish they served food more than breakfast. Every employee interaction was polite and friendly . Super clean

Great location. Clean. The staff on arrival (Ozzy and Alberto) were outstanding. My room (on the backside so I’m told) was subject to the noise of passing trains all night long. The staff on the day before my departure were not so gracious nor the barman who wanted to charge me $25:00 for a small bottle of wine from the concession kiosk. But, other than this I would stay here again but in a room on the front or middle.
