Bathrooms could use a refresh. Shower looked pretty dirty. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues but stay was pretty nice.

I didn’t get last night refund, even though I paid for cancellation insurance. We left after one night, early the next morning

Easy check-in, pool was open until 10, 24 hr fitness, great breakfast, easy parking. The person who checked us in, was busy--hotel was full and she was alone--but took the time to be personable, professional, speedy with the check-in process. A little mold in the bathroom, water pressure was low in the shower are the worst I could I find to complain about. Would stay again.

Great place

Had a great stay and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Our only complaint was parking. There was absolutely zero parking when we got back from a concert and that was due to semis and or trailers taking up multiple spaces:( we had to park over at the tru Hilton hotel and walk over.

So good

The hotel was clean and in great shape! Food choices were good. Beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was awesome.

Very accommodating friendly staff. The girl running the breakfast bar was the sweetest person and handled the rush very well!!

The only complaint was that there was no parking when we arrived later in the evening. There was a bus that took up 6 parking spaces and a pick up truck with a boat on a trailer that also took up 6 parking spaces. There should be a specific area for these type of vehicles. I had to park along a curb in front of the entrance which was Ok’d by the front desk personnel.

The staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Nice average hotel. Door to bathroom was a sliding door with no lock and 22 month kept opening it with other family members in it and without them too. Finally just had to hold her constantly. Also, trash cans very small. Not large enough for a family and kept overflowing.

They will keep your $50 refundable deposit. I don’t smoke and I clearly did not damage anything. Unless they constitute sleeping in their bed and using their shower damaging.
