2 nights for a business trip. Decent room. Very good breakfast. Was not impressed by the restaurant and there are several other options for eating out in Duren.

Staff at reception is not cooperative. I mistakenly booked 3 rooms instead if 2 but they charged me even though the hotel was nit full at all that night

I dont know whether the breakfast was included, but the receptionist told me it was not upon checkin, but someone else told me it was included upon checkout.....Would like to have clear information. Also I think I did not get a invoice for the dinner that I had......hm......I dont want to go back to the hotel to make a payment. What should I do? I am getting a 20% discount since I am a gold member, but where is a receipt?

Just what we wanted: Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Good restaurants close in walking distance.

Stay would have been pleasant but the parking charges were extreme high. When mentioning this at checkout I was lectured by the receptionist…

I like their hospitality.

Receptionist guy was very helpful with check in and with all our queries late night. We had a great breakfast and I must mention the waiter from Madrid was very kind. The only negative thing is the expensive car park.

Fantastic business-oriented hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are fairly basic but extremely clean and comfortable. Emphasis on energy efficiency- a big plus for me. Breakfast highly recommended- found myself looking forward to it every morning. Can’t wait to stay again!

The place was very good! Very clean, nice breakfast, and very kind. I think this hotel is the best in the area. One thing ai hope they can improve: During the daytime, it is not possible to stay in the room quiet. All the sounds of closing doors and cleaning rooms are very well transferred.

Brand new property. Minutes away from train station. Very friendly reception service. Nespresso machine in the room-a huge plus for me :) Very good value for money.

Very much a business hotel with boutique styling, although this is not always practical. Basic rooms place washing and toilet areas in the same space as the beds with only frosted glass partitions. Obviously the designer liked the idea but it won’t be to everyone’s liking
