Annette and Stig were warm and welcoming. Attractive, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Gluten free diet nicely accommodated. Very well-run, delightful hotel.

Hele opholdet var fantastisk. Anette var der til at tage imod os og forklarede hvordan alt fungerer. Morgenmaden er helt i top hvor Anette og Stig kræser om gæsterne og sørger for at alle er tilfredse og mætte når de går fra bordet. Hotellet er baseret på hygge og nærvær, som gør det unikt i forhold til mainstream hotelkæder, hvor man blot er en gæst. Kan anbefale Stephansens til alle som er ude efter det personlige forhold og ønsker mere hygge på ens ferie.

Very nice, good breakfast, Steen and Anette Stephenson delightful, best location for central Randers, charming details, quiet. I was driving EV and several close-by charging stations. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, central plaza, movie theater all within 5 mins walk.

Very friendly check-in taking Corona in consideration. The hotel did what they could to make it a confortable stay. Breakfast was pretty nice.

Dejligt og super hyggeligt.

Super på alle fronter. Hotellet, morgenmad og kkke mindst personalet som nok er ejerne men waooo de har ydet super service så man bliver glad resten af dagen. Rammer min vej Randers igen og med overnatning så bliver det 110% her igen. Tak for verdensklasse service

Pæne hyggelige værelser. Kapsel kaffe, lidt chokolade og småkager.
