Service was great! Rooms are a bit average but for the price, location and street parking it was great value.

1adult - 1 child - 1 night with breakfast included Receptionist was wonderful. 5* Shame about the condition of the room. Shower floor and toilet seat need urgent care. We woke up covered in bites from head to toe, not sure if its mosquitos or bed bugs. Breakfast options minimal

It was a short stay, but I would stay longer next time. Hotel is on the excelent area, close to park, close to shoping and restaurant area, staff was so helpfull. It was clean, quiet. We didn't need car to visit the city, just a short walk. Rooms are very, very small. Maybe good for solo traveler, but it was tihgt for 2. Anyway, I recomend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent value for money. Walking distance to all the sites, next door there is a supermarket and opposite the hotel on the other side of the park there are great restaurants.

Everything was great. The only thing that was missing was a kettle to make tea or coffee

Good location to explore Catania. Damian was wonderful with a good sense of humour. The rooms are quite soundproof compared to many of the places we have stayed. Parking in front of the hotel was a bit of a challenge but possible especially after 9pm.

The host was awesome and very helpful. We had an issue with a parking ticket moments after we arrived (beware if visiting Catania - the parking enforcement is beyond ridiculous) and he was incredibly helpful in helping us figure out how to pay it.

Room was fairly spacious with comfortable chairs, plenty of decent storage furniture, range of lighting and a large comfortable bed. Also has a mosquito blind, double and secondary glazing and an electrically operated blackout shutter. We didn't like that the room is gloomy during daytime as the trees from the park overshadow the rooms, that the AC is incredibly difficult to understand and that the accommodation is really b&b, there being no public areas for relaxation. The breakfast is a bit limited, sweet filled and plain croissants fruit yoghurts and a little ham and cheese. Coffee and tea were not very good. The receptionist/attendant spoke English, smiled and was helpful but came across as a little surly. When ordering a taxi for us to the airport he seemed confident in the price, availability and time off arrival but when it came to it the taxi was 25 minutes late and charged 30eu rather than the 22 we were advised. Traffic was the explanation but it didn't seem any busier than usual and the journey time was as advised, about 20 minutes. The position is good though, next to the pleasant park, close to via Etna and the botanical gardens and in a reasonable neighborhood.

Très bel hôtel particulier, très confortable et bien insonorisé malgré un environnement extérieur très bruyant (rue avec beaucoup de circulation). Bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Hôte très à l'écoute concernant les conditions d'arrivée et très disponible pour trouver une solution.

Perfect for someone out site-seeing all day and just wants a clean, secure and easily accessible place to lay your head at night. I can't tell you how nice it is to just walk to your hotel with your luggage and not have to catch another train, taxi, or other form of transportation - especially if you have been travelling for a while and just want convenience. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with new renos.

Check in was smooth. Room was a good size, comfortable but in need of a refresh as looked worn out and tired. Good location, withing 10 to 12 mins walk to the centre.

This hotel is in an excellent location and really the room, a single was to a 4 star standard. They waited for me to check in as I was delayed, lent me a phone charger, good breakfast with custom coffee. Amazing Value for the price. Will definitely be back. 5 star review from me.

Der junge Mann am Rezeption war sehr nett. Frühstück könnte besser sein. Es waren mehr süße Sachen dabei Kaffee war aber sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, die Matratze war sehr hart ich konnte nicht schlafen die Kissen müssen auch erneuert werden. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht nach wunsch einstelln. Die Lage ist aber super gut.

Great location nice to park with easy walk into city centre. Plenty of restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Room clean and nice decor..... only issue was aircon, more like a fan than offering cooling

I´ll start positive; the location is great; it is next to the park and very close to the old city center. Also, the bed was really comfortable, and the wi-fi connection worked well. But the room was full of mosquitoes and mold on the ceiling. This prevents me from giving a positive rating. Check-in is only available until 5 p.m.; we had to change our plans because of this, which is not a very pro-customer approach.

This hotel needs a total overhaul. The carpets are soiled and the bedspread was stained. This property is not in a good location. It is on the wrong side of the park and parking is very far away. There was no one there to greet us - we checked out and moved to another location.
