The view was awesome, but the staff was better. One of my first experiences in the snow and it was unforgettable. Perfect view of the snowfall from a full window wall. The forest looked like a winter wonderland. Best part i was able view the Borealis lights from my room! No need to venture out. Oh yes, the room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast is included! Do have a couple restaurants down the hill.

Almost in the middle of nowhere and I loved it. Beautiful modern place. Great staff and fantastic breakfast.

New, fresh hotel with helpful and friendly staff at a great location. Good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Only minus are the flat pillows.

We had a great stay here. Really impressed with the place. I called in advance as was not sure what time we would arrive. Picked up the keys and the service there was fantastic. Asked if it was our first time and then explained everything to do in the area and where to eat. etc. Had all the amenities you needed. Fridge, microwave, stove.. We even had a dishwasher and a washing machine! The place was Clean. The beds were ok.

Perfectly located, walking distance to market and only facilities in town. New and modern studios. Very narrow but comfortable. Sauna is a must. Large bathroom. Convenient kitchen fully equipped . Ok living space and small bedrooms. Sadly, linens and towels aren't included. Kitchen linen weren't available either. Bring yours or pay 12€ per person. Attentive staff. Beautiful place in Lapland.

This place was PERFECT. We went chasing the Northern Lights and needed a place that we could relax in during the day and have a comfortable sleep in after our night looking at the skies and Santa’s Chalet’s didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly. The chalet had everything we needed - a sauna, roaring fire and TV, perfect comfy beds and all of the essentials to make a delicious dinner. Shops, restaurant and bar right next door and the cosmic inferno of the Northern Lights raging above. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Ties monettako kertaa näissä "mökeissä" (jo ennen Santa´s Hotelin omistukseen siirtymistä muutaman kerran) ja on kyllä hintansa väärtti. Suurin valintakriteeri on oma sauna, toinen oma rauha, kolmas on puhtaat lakanat valmiina odottamassa ja neljäs on mahdollisuus kokata itse.

Kaikki muu kunnossa mutta vessanpöntön reunat oli tainnu jäädä siivoojalta huomioimatta ja pahasti..tämän hintaisessa huoneessa pitäisi olla siivous kunnossa.

Mukava, moderni ja siisti hotelli. Hyvällä sijainnilla. Hyvä ravintola ja aamiainen, vaikkakin ruokalistalla vain yksi annos jonka pystyi tekemään vegaanisena. Lemmikkiystävällinen.

Vilket otroligt fint hotell omgiven av vacker natur med fantastisk utsikt. Superfräscht, jättegod frukost och trevlig personal. Vi är jättenöjda med allt och hade gärna stannat längre!

Neu renovierte sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Die Mitarbeitenden waren äusserst freundlich und top motiviert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Erinomainen majoitus junior sviitissä. 😊 Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja ratkaisukeskeistä. Todella hyvä aamupala. Huone hyvin siivottu ja hienot maisemat ikkunasta.

Yksi yö matkalla Norjaan. Laadukas paikka, hyvää ruokaa ja hyvä palvelu. Tullaan varmasti taas, kun tarvitsee yöpyä matkalla.
