Amazing kosher food.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. First of all, you absolutely need to post on your listings that you cater to the Jewish community! This is a must! Why is this important? Because this hotel has many rules that are Jewish faith focused, for example, elevators do not work during "shabbat" which is Friday- Saturday, designated swimming hours for men and women, and special bathing tools in the bathroom. This was never disclosed. Additionally, my husband and I were trying to console my son around 9:30/10pm and our neighbor hit the wall very loudly multiple times because we were being "loud". We were simply being normal and speaking in a normal tone, but I believe that the strictness of the guest's religion caused this person to act out and then scare my entire family. Here is a list of additional opportunities for this hotel: -No hot water in the shower - Carpet very dirty and stained - Cannot adjust thermostat, was freezing entire stay - In the Expedia listing, it states that the water bottles in the room are part of the resort fees, however when you get there, the bottles state they are $8 additional The only thing that went well was that the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Amazing place

It is more like an AIRBNB than a hotel!! No bell boys, no one help us at check in, had to wait for valet parking, it has a kitchen in the room but no dishes or glases!! The place is nice but will never book this “hotel” again Cero service level!!!

Check in was great! David was very helpful and let me know of Shabbat weekend ie adjustments around the property for kosher breakfasts and electric items. (I appreciated that because I was traveling with my mother who needed to take meds in the morning with food.) I had a few requests from hotel staff for linens and it was handled quickly. The property was well kept, the rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious (2 queen beds). The valet parking guys were very responsive. Security overnight was onsite and provided the guests walking about with safety. I had no issues on check out. I did not get to use the amenities such as the pool or gym but was made aware of them during check in. I would recommend and return to this hotel.

What a lovely hotel; perfect central location, well-appointed rooms, and overall great property. My only complaint is that I was expecting the beach-shuttle to arrive to bring me back to the property. I called the hotel to be told the shuttle would arrive between 4:05-4:15PM. At 4:25 I called to check on the status of the shuttle - the woman I spoke with was unable to locate the driver. The shuttle never returned, nor was my phone call. By the time my uber arrived at the beach to bring me back to the hotel, I had wasted an hour of time waiting for a ride that never came. Thankfully, the property, location, and value made up for this hiccup. Ultimately, if you’re able to confirm and secure the shuttle that is part of your $57 resort fee, I recommend the stay.

We had the best stay- everything from the staff and service, location, the beautiful design and luxurious amenities, the cleanliness, comfortable rooms and linens, the beach, and of course the breakfast which wowed us every day… we are already looking forward to our next stay!
