This hotel is clean and cozy and perfectly situated to visit old town in Melk, including the abbey. So fun to step out the door onto a charming street full of cafes and shops. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the free breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic! I appreciate that the windows in the rooms open fully and also the fun little jars of candy at the checkout desk and restaurant for guests to sample. Tasty!

Staff was very helpful - kitchen even graciouslly helping accommodate my husband's eating issues for medical reasons.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice attention to detail. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good number of options. The quality of the hotel was better than the 3 stars it carries. We also ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner once which was very good. Great to try local dishes and produce. Well connected location close to the train station and Melk Abbey which was well worth a visit.

Located 8 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to Melk Abbey its location is wonderful. Hotel is clean with basic amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful and I enjoy my stay there

This was perfect for visiting Melk Abbey. I only wish there was a way to charge your phone by the bed.

Very warm welcome, reception and dining room staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were both good. Excellent location to Melk Abbey. Only a two block walk to a small shopping centre with a grocery store and pharmacy.
